Ce 2 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain est bien entretenu et récemment rénové! Parfait pour les Texans en hiver ou une station de pêche le week-end! La cuisine donne sur la salle à manger et le salon de sorte que vous pouvez facilement divertir. Le balcon couvert à l'étage surplombe le canal et est idéal pour le café du matin ou le coucher du soleil. Très beau quartier et calme. S'il vous plaît, si vous êtes à l'extérieur, souvenez-vous de la musique forte qui coule dans l'eau et de certains voisins qui doivent se rendre au travail le lendemain matin. Ils l'apprécieraient!

Great place to stay, had a blast on the family vaction. Denise has a beautiful home with plenty of space. Morning coffee on the patio and bbq dinner downstairs by the pool. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday, fishing off the backyard boat dock. Beaches and fishing piers near by couple great restaurants. Beautiful place for your family vacation definitely looking to come back.

Beautiful home in perfect location. It’s immaculate and well stocked with everything you can think of! We were able to dock our 25’ boat which made getting out on the water quick every day much easier than loading and unloading. We will definitely be back. We didn’t want to leave!

Location is great with a nice restaurant right on property. Clean house that had a lot of essentials already there. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was nice. Only issue we had, could not get the stove to work.

Great location on the canal!

This was the perfect stay for a Father’s Day weekend fishing trip. We loved the easy water access to have our boat on the canal. And we loved a quick dip in the pool after being out in the hot sun all day! Dennise was a great communicator and the house was very clean! We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Home away from home!

This place was absolutely perfect! The listing doesn’t even do it justice. So clean, Denise had everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. We brought our boat and had the best time ever! I only wished we had booked a much longer stay! Thank you Denise for sharing your beautiful home with our family of 4!

Super Fun!

My husband and I had a great time Bay fishing for redfish and speckled trout. We hired a guide recommended by the property owner and he was awesome. Denise was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the area. And her home is cool, clean and refreshing!

Great property and owner!

Communication with Denise was excellent as well as check in. The house is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. My guys still caught one trout and four red fish. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Denise!

City by the Sea Trip

The house was outstanding. well equipped with everything you need. Great air conditioning, comfortable bed, All the amenities you need. The pool was nice and cool and it was nice to relax in after a morning of fishing. I had a boat and the dock was very well equipped for docking the boat overnight. Really enjoyed our trip and staying in your home. If only the fish would have cooperated! We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks WPH

Short but sweet

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Denise’s house. The pictures don’t do the place justice. We had one good surprise after another. While she doesn’t list all the amenities, the home is very well stocked with everything that you will need except maybe a pizza cutter. 😄 My husband and son met the neighbors while fishing, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the pool. Denise is a thoughtful host who is easy to communicate with, should you need anything. Rockport Beach Park is only 15 minutes away. Would recommend to family and friends.

Outstanding place for a getaway right on the water

My buddy and I try to find a place on directly on the water each year for a lost 3-day weekend of inshore kayak fishing. This year we chose this property right on a canal connected to Redfish Bay. Denise was very kind and allowed us to check in early so that we could have a full day of fishing on Thursday as well as Saturday and Sunday. The house was beautiful and in immaculate condition. The neighbors were all great, both the immediate neighbors on either side and others along the canal as we set out in the mornings and returned in the afternoons. Note also that a pool has just been added to the house. We didn't get a chance to use it because our focus was very much on fishing, but that's always a bonus in the hot Texas summers. Highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay on the water in the Rockport area!

The house was really clean and has everything you need. The TV was a little difficult to work but we managed. Denise was very accommodating and we appreciated everything she did for us. We would like to come back especially after that pool is finished.

Our stay was very pleasant. Not only was the home beautiful and very clean, but the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. Lots of covered outdoor space to enjoy if weather is bad. Adequate parking for boat and vehicle. We have already booked another weekend at this home.

Stay here, you wouldn’t regret it.

Excellent property! Drop your boat in the water at the marina 3 miles away, then tie to the dock outside the house and then you are set for your entire stay. The house is very beautiful, up-to date, peaceful and clean. The neighborhood is super safe. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Beautiful vacation home

This home is perfect for a vacation! It had everything we could have possibly needed and was very clean. Love the decor and ability to fish off the back patio!! The location gives you the option of visiting Rockport or Port Aransas. Lots to do and see in the area.

Favorite location so far!

Pros: pretty much everything. The location was great, the host was great, the house was beautiful, the dock was nice and useful, there’s a fish cleaning station at the dock, and the house is pretty well stocked with anything you might need. I only had one very minor issue and that was the barbecue pit. The barbecue pit was a little dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. We ran out and bought a brush., so, easily fixed. Cons: None really
