Completely private , well kept house with large yard, fire pit and beautiful Mountain View! Must be 25+to reserve, & no pets allowed.

This 1,100 square ft , 3 bedroom , 1 bathroom home is 20 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We look forward to hosting you .

3 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1queen, 1twin).
1 double vanity bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen , living room .Large private yard with fire pit .

Full house minus a small storage closet in the bathroom .

Grocery store is approximately 30 mins away in Newport or Sevierville.

Will need 4 wheel drive in winter as driveway is steep.
No garbage pick up in this area so all garbage must be brought out .

This beautiful home was everything and more that I could have imagined . We walked in and it was beautifully decorated ,clean , no bad smells . Felt like walking into your own home , comfortable feeling. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal , pots, pans ,utensils dishes etc. Our host was very easy to communicate with,text her and she will get back to you if you have cell service away from property. Would stay there again , no questions asked.

Great stay

This home exceeded all of our expectations. It was private, cozy and comfortable, with ample supplies and equipment available for all things. Beds were comfortable, all of the spaces were spotless, and communication with our host was absolutely outstanding. This is definitely a place you can go and leave your cares at the door. We especially loved the campfire pit and the large square dining table, both of which allowed for many moments of togetherness, talking, and laughter. Many great memories made. A huge bonus for me was that I did not see a single bug inside the house throughout our stay! Highly recommend, over and over again!!

This place was perfect for us! We enjoy nature over city activities. This place was clean and out of the way from all the chaos. We enjoyed spending time hiking smoky mountain trails, foxfire mountain, and hanging out by the fire pit eating smores. The kids had so much fun rolling up and down the hill. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, the washer and dryer was a plus! Definitely recommend

Wonderful house! Melissa was very nice to book with and we enjoyed our stay. The property is about 40 minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but everything else was perfect!

Great view

This is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. It is a bit of a drive to get to, but it is well worth it. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.

Peaceful, Mountain Cottage in Servierville
