Cette maison charmante et isolĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© construite par Cedric Gibbon dans les annĂ©es 1940, gagnant de 11 Oscars et crĂ©ateur de la statuette Oscar.

La maison offre trois chambres et deux salles de bain complĂštes, plus une maison d'hĂŽtes indĂ©pendante avec un bureau confortable et un lit queen. L'espace extĂ©rieur serein pour les rĂ©ceptions, les repas intĂ©rieur / extĂ©rieur et les brises de l'ocĂ©an vous donneront envie de partir. The property is beautiful- lots of secluded outdoor space. It is in a perfect location - super quiet at night- but minutes from Santa Monica. Easy access to the PCH. The hosts were fantastic- very responsive and easy to deal with. Easy check out process.

Beautifully Home & Neighborhood

The home is spacious, light, very well maintained and has a great equipped kitchen. It is a tranquil setting. There are nice separated outdoor spaces for sitting, cooking and relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet with many beautiful houses and gardens to walk by.

Beautiful home in an awesome community!

We loved this home. Great layout both inside the outside (throughout the yard). Plenty of options for hanging out. Easy walk into Santa Monica. Up to the Montana area or down to the Palisades Park. There are set of stairs on the way to Palisades Park that are must see/do if you are looking to get a bit of a vigorous workout on your walks. We definitely come back to this house.

Great location, great house & great host!

Our stay at the house was terrific! We were there for a family wedding in the area and the location of this house could not have been better. We loved the layout of the home and it's multiple areas to hang out and relax. The office area upstairs near the master bedroom was perfect for occasional work calls. Kristin was great, a 10/10 host! She was very flexible with our both our check in and check out and accommodated our arrival and departure times so that we could make a couple of LAX runs for family members on those days. She was super responsive to our questions before we officially booked and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the area. The neighborhood is fantastic and we will be back to Kristin's home the next time we have a need to stay is this area. Cheers!

wonderful hideaway to relax and gather

The property is on a quiet cul de sac with several private outdoor spaces. so while you are a short walk to the beach or to palisades park or a longer walk to the 'action' in DTsanta Monica the property feels like a retreat.

Situated on a rare double-lot at the end of a tree-canopied cul-de-sac, this sun-drenched beach house offers multiple outdoor patios, gardens and tree top views.

The upstairs master is light-filled and comfortably spacious, as is the adjacent work-at-home office, complete with fireplace, outdoor deck, and sleeping loft.

Downstairs the layout seamlessly flows between outdoor dining spaces, indoor wet bar and lounge area, tv room, sun room/ dining room, cozy living room as well as a beautiful kitchen and downstairs bedroom.

On the south-side of the property, a detached unit serves as a private extra bedroom, and or, office, with a neighboring shaded gazebo.
