Juste un bloc court à la Farmers Market Santa Monica. Vous allez adorer cet emplacement de choix et de voisinage 2 blocs très courts à la plage et 1 bloc principal du moyeu de Santa Monica. Les meilleurs magasins et restaurants Santa Monica a à offrir sont juste un pâté de maisons. Une voiture est pas nécessaire pour cet endroit. Parfait pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, et les petites familles avec enfants.
Cette 100-year-old maison de style artisan méticuleusement entretenu dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Il y a un parking sécurisé allée fermée pour 2 voitures. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la vie Cali! Je donne aussi des vélos, des planches de bodyboard, chaises de plage et des fournitures. J'ai aussi des fournitures pour bébés et des barrières pour bébés pour les étapes. Il y a un patio arrière mignon avec grill, lave-linge, sèche-linge, smart TV et Internet haute vitesse sont inclus dans votre location.
la loi Santa Monica exige des hôtes d'être présent pendant les clients sont logés. Je peux être disponible 24/7 et personnellement rencontrer chaque client et assurez-vous que vous êtes installés dans et ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin. J'ai une chambre privée et le bureau juste à côté du premier étage afin que vous et votre famille pouvez également profiter du reste de la maison pendant votre séjour! Great place for family vacation for spring break! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The host truly made the experience the best—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a location close to so many things to do/ see in Santa Monica!

Landlord was very proactive contacting us well before our arrival. He answered all our questions. The location was ideal, so close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and fun shops. The backyard, fenced in parking area easily housed two SUVs. The facility was stocked with all the basics needed for our 6 travelers. We hope to be return customers several times.

Multiple Restaurants within walking distance. Beach within walking distance. We did not cook but ate breakfast there and had enough dishes to make that possible. Nice dining area. Bedrooms were good. Property and house were near and clean. Location worked out for us. We drove to Malibu and Getty villa one day, and into LA/Hollywood/Griffith Observatory another day. The drive to the house from LAX was not too long.

We had a delightful stay at this perfectly-situated house in Santa Monica. The location can't be beat - a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Turn one direction to hit Venice, the other to hit the Santa Monica pier. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer to use more of the amenities - bikes for cruising along the beach, BBQ on the back deck, etc. The house was an exceptional value for the price! Check in was super easy and everything in the house was straightforward. We didn't need to contact the host with any issues during our stay, but communication around check in/check out was easy and responsive. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Santa Monica with a charming home base to return to after a long day out and about. We decided to brave LA without a car, and this place has a bus stop right out front for the Santa Monica bus lines, making for easy access to the Metro and LAX.

Lovely home in a great location. We celebrated a family reunion. Great area and close to the beach. Just be prepared that it can be noisy at night because of street noise.

Location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. It’s on a busy street, so there was some traffic/people noise. The house is small but worked perfectly for our family of three. The owners were super responsive to everything while we were there.
