Beach's Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, the beach or CB's vibrant downtown area with excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping. Only 1.5 miles to the Beach! Go ahead, enjoy the breath-taking sunsets, walk along the Pier, have a nice cocktail drink at Coconuts on the Beach, or stop for delicious seafood at Jazzy's Mainely Lobster. Quaint Cafes, Vegetarian Eateries, Latin Food, Italian or French Cuisines are just a short drive away.

Close to Kennedy Space Center, 1 hr. drive from Orlando's Parks: Universal, Orlando, Water Parks, Mount Dora, Tavares, Winter Park, Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach. 2 hrs. from St. Augustine, where you can enjoy a day of fun visiting USA's oldest city on board a trolley, Ghost tours held at night, and amazing eateries in the area.

The second floor primary suite is a dream w/ Brazilian cherry floors, huge closet/dressing room, large shower, separate soaking tub & custom cabinetry w/ lighted mirror and a dedicated washer/dryer.

Some of the other amenities include 65 inch SmarTV in living room, comfy seating and breakfast table in Florida Room, computer and printer available in the unit for tenants' use. Each bedroom has locked doors, new modern furnishings, memory foam mattresses and its own smart tv for fun and relaxation. Or just step out to the paver-covered patio and enjoy the amazing sunrise while sipping your coffee or fruit smoothie.

The property was amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. 5 star. The owner went above and beyond providing everything for our stay. We did many things in the area everyday and coming "home" there was icing on the cake. I can't say enough how great our experience there was.

Annoying and Dangerous

The shower stall floor was slippery and dangerous. There was no cable TV. Workmen came when we were still there after we told her that we did not want anywhere while we were entertaining. Worst of all, there was an endless banging all night long which made sleeping nearly impossible. The washing machine did not work properly. The spin cycle did not work. We had to hang our clothes on the patio for days. This rental was a disgrace. We should get a full refund..

I love this property because it is on the golf course and only a couple of minutes away from the beach and all the dining and entertainment that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Nothing better than enjoying the sunrise from my florida room while enjoying my first cup of coffee. Being on the golf course allows me to enjoy peace and tranquility all the time. Having no backyard neighbors is definitely a dream! Of course, being so close to the beach also allows me to go enjoy the warm waters, the waves and end my day while taking a nice stroll on the sand.
