This was a great stay. The host communicated well, the house was great, the location was great as well. Just a few blocks away from the beach. Also all of the amenities that were offered by the host made it feel right at home.

Great rental. Location was perfect for us. Excellent communication with owner. Rented pontoon, used kayaks, hot tub. There was even shrimp bait stocked for fishing. House furnished with all necessary amenities.

Great Hot Tub Locaion

The hot tub is located at the end of a canal and has a great view. The inside of the house is completely modernized and exceeded our expectation. We were all comfortable and had a great time.

College friends final 4 vacation getaway

Great property with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. The Kitchen was well stick with supplies and great appliances. Enjoy the Tiki hut with a nice jacuzzi and view of the water. Would definitely rent again and recommend to other.

Beautiful place and great location

This rental is an amazing find. We loved everything about this place! The location was perfect and close enough to walk to many places including the beach. The outdoor dock with the tiki bar was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are all spacious with 3 shower heads in each. The pictures don’t do this place justice. I would highly recommend and definitely have this as a place to come back to.

Amazing house and location

We did a staycation with family for my husband's birthday. The house sits on the water which was just beautiful and peaceful. We had 1 child and 1 adult with mental disabilities so having alarms on the sliding doors was a huge plus. Had one small problem with the ac but manager was on it. We hopefully will get a chance to stay again in the future.

Paradise on an Intracoastal Canal

We had the best time on a mother/daughter trip, with the moms having the 3 king bed rooms and the daughters having the room with bunk and lower beds. We used all of the amenities, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked, the tiki area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the seating pit, lounge chairs, bar and hot tub. But the highlight was being able to jump in the kayaks provided and be on the intracoastal waterway in minutes and exploring more canals. We even had a wonderful interaction with a curious manatee! We give this property 5 stars and will likely come back annually.

Beautiful inside with amazing back yard!

My multi generational family stayed here for a week to kick off our summer. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this beautifully remodeled home. The kitchen is fantastic with a gas range, microwave, large fridge and small appliances. It’s got pots and pans and stocked with essentials which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with king beds but no televisions. My kids enjoyed the kids room with the huge top bunk and small twins and TV below. I did have to wash all the sheets prior to going to bed the first night as they needed it. The absolute best part was the back yard. We were able to grill and eat outside, wake up to manatees playing, and my sons kayaked and fished in the inlet. We also enjoyed watching a rocket launch from the front yard and beach. The back was a little farther than we wanted to walk and we ended up driving there instead. The area is nice and there many things to do and see near by. Nice home for a family getaway and would recommend to others wanting to enjoy the area.
