Retreat to 5+ wooded acres just 15 miles from Austin! Our spacious home in Buda is ideal for celebrating loved ones, collaborating on projects, or just getting away from the cities. Enjoy a private pool for swimming and lounging in the trees, and 5,000 sq. ft. of space (including multiple living areas and patios) for spending time together. All are
welcome here! Please inquire about booking your special event with us. Ample gated parking for up to 10 vehicles, including large RVs and boats.

HOW TO SPEND YOUR DAY: Take a dip in the fenced pool surrounded by trees for privacy and that coveted “away from it all” feeling. Get some work done in the executive office space... or work poolside using the blazing fast WiFi! Watch TV on a plush leather sofa in the family room. Grab a book from the collection and relax in one of the other two living areas. Stroll the grounds to watch the butterflies and birds. Get lost in conversation on one of the gorgeous stone patios, or overlooking the pool on the balcony. The options are endless!

COOKING & DINING: Prep everything from pancake breakfasts to special holiday meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a 48" SubZero fridge, double ovens and a dishwasher. We also provide a drip coffee machine, Keurig with coffee pods, a hot water kettle, and all the cooking utensils and dish ware you need to feed everyone.

The kitchen has a dining table with 8 seats. A more formal dining area sits 8 more in ornate, wood-carved chairs beside a gorgeous bay window.

BEDROOMS: There are 5 bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Primary suite on the first floor with King bed, attached bath with big walk-in shower and two roomy sink/vanity areas (plenty of space for getting ready for a special event!), double doors leading out to the patio, pool view.
Bedroom 2: King bed on the second floor, attached bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the second floor with private sink area and shared shower/tub/toilet with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds and private sink; shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5: Two single beds, also doubles as an office area.

Beautiful Home in Convenient Area

Everything was wonderful. Property is even nicer than it looks online and very toddler friendly. I only wish we could have stayed longer was a quick overnight for us.

Wonderful Respite

Our large group of friends in town for a friends celebration of life found respite in this property. Everyone loved staying here. There was so much to do and the house was stocked with every possible item. Beds were fantastic. Our host was responsive. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Lovely home and great host!

We had a great stay from start to finish. House was nice and cool when we got in around check-in. The house was beautiful and stocked with plenty of plates and utensils, cups, etc. The bedrooms were all perfectly clean and ready for us to unpack—the host was responsive and gave us a heads up when she needed to come by to clean the pool. We had a fantastic weekend!

Great House for large group

Stayed here with extended family for my daughter’s nearby wedding. The house was perfect and allowed us to all be together and relax. The house was so well appointed with all of the little touches that made our stay so nice. Marian is great to work with. If you are considering this property, book it now! I highly recommend this property.

Daughters Wedding

The house is pretty impressive. It has plenty of room and the garage apartment was ideal for our elderly mother. We were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need and the pool was refreshing. Communication with the property manager was very good and we felt we were in good hands. Very enjoyable experience.

This property exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. Marian was available by text to answer all our questions. The wooded property provided much needed shade and the kids loved the yard.

Love AND supplies in the house!

I hesitate to give an honest review because I'm afraid this place will be booked solid next time we wanna stay there Lol You can instantly tell somebody loves this home and from the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are a welcome guest at your favorite relative's home. Plenty of towels, soap, spices, coffee/creamer/snacks/laundry soap and fabric softener... It felt like home and the owners are sooo happy we came to stay! This place is spotless in and out and USB charging ports in every room Lol Can't say enough about what a great experience it was and can't wait to come back hopefully in better weather so we can use the pool! PS I have never left a review before, this place was just that good I felt compelled because the owners go sooooo far beyond what is required I wanted to respond in kind

Great for families

Great home, very large, lots of bedrooms. Really great for families. Lots of books games pool toys. And that pool, so awesome, gated for safety. It may seem far away from Austin but because of new toll road it is a breeze to get anywhere. Loved the nice touches of snacks and cold water too. Air conditioned was really good and very quiet. Bedding was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Nice extras like kids cups plates and utensils as well as two high chairs. Ping pong table was fun. The extra room above the garage is perfect for an grandparent or other couples who want privacy. Only a couple things to be addressed: some bathroom plumbing, window coverings. The light comes into some of the rooms but owner is addressing it. Lastly, although home is really spacious and nice, it is showing its age. This may be good for families not wanting to ruin a fancy home. But just be aware, some work is starting to be needed. Overall, we had a great experience, it was perfect for our large family group of 11.
