Stunning fully remodeled home nestled close to downtown Austin! This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom oasis features a wide-open floor plan! The outdoor entertaining area is show-stopping comes complete with a huge wrap-around deck, majestic native trees, and an in-ground pool which includes a new child-proof safety fence. Neighborhood quiet hours after 11pm. Central air and heat. Washer and dryer on site. Dogs welcome. No smoking.

Nice Stay

Check-in was easy and property manager was great! Overall, it was a nice stay. Sofas could use a good cleaning and I recommend shoes on the deck as the boards are splintering.

Perfect for a family gathering

We stayed here during our son's UT graduation weekend. The house was perfect for hosting a small family gathering. It had plenty of room to spread out, and the outdoor space was great. The owner was responsive to questions and easy to work with.

Great location for large groups!

We stayed here for a girls' trip to Austin & had an absolutely amazing experience. The property was exactly as listed - it was clean, modern, and spacious. The outdoor space was incredible & the pool offered a great reprieve from the Texas heat!

Great place for a girls weekend!

What a great place to stay! The host is so incredibly accommodating and the communication is top notch. We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette weekend and could not have been more comfortable here. Close to everything and such a great space for a group. We couldn’t have loved it more!

Beyond Perfect

Our month-long stay at this adorable home was beyond perfect. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed - just everything we could have possibly hoped for. We loved the home, the deck and backyard, and our host Casey was amazing at making us feel welcome and taken care of for our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Casey!!

Great for a girls weekend!

We came to Austin for my friend’s bachelorette party and was looking for a property that was close to the Downtown area but still in our budget. This was the perfect option! Great space with cute decor and a nice pool! Would definitely stay here again.

Superb large group rental

This house is AMAZING and worth every penny!!! It’s great for families or other large groups. Beds are all super comfortable. Ample linens and access to plenty of extra pantry supplies. Pool is very nice as is outside seating area.

Relaxing with friends

Came in town for a weekend get away. Was rainy and cold but still ran around town and took in some local spots. Later we relaxed at the house. Very comfortable to say the least.

Comfortable and cozy

We stayed here for a bachelorette and the house fit 9 girls comfortably. The host allowed us to check in early and was super quick to rest. The house was spacious, clean, and a quick trip to downtown! Thanks again!!!

Based on the pictures, I was not prepared for the age of the house in the neighborhood, but once you walk in the front door, everything looks clean and updated. The layout of the house was perfect for a large family. Thank you for letting us stay at your house for our special family event

Bachelorette Party

This house was great for our group of 12 women visiting Austin for a bachelorette party! The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was decorated nicely and set up to accommodate a large group. Host was also very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend for any large group traveling to Austin!

Great Bachelorette Stay

This house was excellent for my bachelorette party on Memorial Day weekend. The space was clean and renovated and each room was comfortable and cozy. We loved hanging out on the deck and taking a dip in the pool. The hosts were extremely accommodating and were willing to help us with package deliveries (bachelorette decor) as well as holding our luggage for us after check-out because we had flights later in the evening. I would highly recommend staying here with family or friends!

Best house in Austin

I stayed at this house with 10 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The house is spacious and the living space was designed for a large group. Casey went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure an amazing stay. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for a bachelorette party, including pool floats, decorations from prior parties, and lots of fun accessories. I would definitely recommend this house for any large party, especially a bachelorette party!!
