The Space:

Welcome to Sundown Escape! Located on 5 roaming acres with hundreds of trees, this spacious and one-of-kind house has it all: a fabulous pool, hot tub, fire pit, a wet-water creek, sunsets galore, and even a Tiki Bar & game room. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out indoors and out, with so many ways to enjoy yourself you may never want to leave! Professionally designed with gorgeous, 100 year old reclaimed wood finishes, furnishings recovered from a historic farm house, and custom hand-painted tile touches, this house’s eclectic, high-end styling has something for everyone. Check out the wineries, brew pubs, distilleries, and boutiques. Or travel a quick 15-20 minutes to Hamilton Pool Preserve, and Reimers Ranch Park, where you can rock climb, or take on the mountain biking trails. Plus, you’re less than a half hour from Downtown Austin. Then, at the end of your day, fall into beds with luxurious, custom mattresses adorned with 680 thread-count sheets .



Just across the street from Sundown Escape is Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals’ “The Owners House”, which luxuriously sleeps an additional 28 guests, with another spectacular pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Book both properties for the perfect wedding party setup where the bride & groom’s friends and family can have separate accommodations close-by.

This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.

PETS: Pets welcome with advance written approval. $100 per pet, per night, plus a refundable $1,000 pet deposit. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 per pet, per night. Please note: pet charges are not included in your booking total. Once your reservation is confirmed and your pet is approved, we will send a pet agreement and a secure payment link for the fee and deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of checkout.

Renting our various accommodations, within walking distance from each other, allows you to accommodate up to 66 guests (in true beds), ensuring everyone has a delightful and memorable stay.
