At only a 2.5 hour drive from New York City, this stunning and modern 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom 4,000 square foot house just underwent a 2 year gut-renovation to become the perfect weekend retreat for anyone looking to experience the countless activities the Catskills has to offer! Although very private on 3 acres, the house is just minutes away from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, lakes, swimming holes, mountain biking, shopping, and a 40 minute drive to Woodstock and Hudson.

Situated right in the middle, just 9 minutes from Windham Mountain and 10 minutes from Hunter Mountain, this private estate features a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, with brand new state-of-the-art stainless steel Bosch appliances, and two dishwashers. The massive kitchen island is great for hosting wine and cheese parties, and the nearby dining table can comfortably seat 16 guests. If entertaining is what you’re after, the house has 4 ceiling speakers in the kitchen/dining room, 3 speakers upstairs in the living room, and 2 wall-mounted speakers outdoor, all controlled by the latest in Sonos technology on our super-fast Wi-Fi network.

The upstairs living room has abundant seating for all with a 16 foot Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa (the worlds most comfortable sofa) facing the TV, as well as two other large seating areas in viewing distance of the large TV for cozy movie nights after a long day out in the mountains. There is also fully stocked wet bar with a wine fridge and a third dishwasher, as well as a regulation size pool table for your guests to enjoy.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor; one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the last with a full-size custom bunkbed. There are also 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms; one with a king bed, two with queens, and one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunkbed. There are also 3 full bathrooms on this floor, one being an en-suite.

Part of the beauty of the Catskills is the great outdoors, so we have provided two options for outdoor grilling; a Weber gas grill, and a conventional charcoal smoker grill. There are also two large picnic tables for outdoor dining on the deck, outdoor lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a sectional sofa on the upstairs deck for reading, relaxing, sun-tanning and of course, star gazing.
