We loved everything about this house. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are several spaces in which to spread out - a game-filled basemant, a family room with a cozy woodstove, and comfortable bedrooms. There were 11 of us and we fit perfectly into all the bedroom spaces. Anthony, the owner, was attentive and always available. We will be back.

Amazing!

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend and had an amazing time. The owner was fantastic—responsive to all our questions and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The house itself is beautiful, perched on a hill with stunning views. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms and linens. We especially enjoyed spending time around the firepit in the backyard. Highly recommended!

winter house

The house was the most amazing layout for our family and friends to enjoy after skiing at Windham. We had plenty of room to spread out, kids loved the basement and playing in the woods. There was ample room to have multiple families, to cook, and relax in the fireplace room. It was an awesome retreat after a full day of skiing. The owner was always on hand to communicate with and we truly loved it. Location was great and we would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Stay in the Beautiful Catskills

Anthony is a great host - we have stayed at this house for the last 3 years and each time the experience has been nothing short of wonderful! The house has amazing views of the surrounding hills from the wraparound porch/deck, a HUGE firepit, treehouse and other cool amenities. Great spot to get away from it all. Inside, very clean and spacious to easily accommodate our large group. Especially enjoy relaxing in the entertainment room and eating meals together in the large kitchen!

A perfect Catskills vacation

We were a big group with 5 kids, and the house worked great, Anthony was a great host and helped with everything we needed. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, and after dinner we made s'mores around the great fire pit outside. A perfect Catskills vacation

Wonderful house and host

We were a group of 12 with 3 families and everyone from infants to grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The firepit was wonderful entertainment and the kids spent hours playing ping pong and foosball. The house is comfortable with ample space and supplies and a great family room that can accommodate the entire group. Would stay here again!

Great for group ski trip

Spacious house was great for a few families to gather and ski Hunter Mountain (approx 15 minutes away). Owner is very friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about maintaining/improving the property. Great for school age kids & adults. Would return.

Great summer weekend trip

Anthony’s house was lovely and worked out really well for our group of 4 families with many young children for a summer weekend. Only feedback is that I wish the house had some more backyard activities for younger children like a swingset or games. The twin mattresses were a little thin/could feel the springs. Otherwise house was large, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks Anthony for the great stay!

Awesome relaxing time

The house was perfect with lots of space for a group of 10 to spread out. We had a mix of adults, tweens and teens and at no time were we on top of each other. The fire pit provided hours of entertainment and relaxation as well. The wildlife was a pleasant surprise.

Family Reunion in the mountains

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is spacious and accommodated our large family (13) comfortably. The small children had their own space to play right off the kitchen, and the teens enjoyed their own large screen TV, as well as ping pong and foosball. We all loved the firepit area where we gathered at night. The property owner is very communicative and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future.

Multi generational stay was perfect

We were an extended family that had a wonderful stay. The place had enough room that 11 of us (7 adults and 4 kids) weren’t on top of each other constantly. There was plenty of common space to gather in and the rooms were large enough to accommodate pack and plays or mini air mattresses for the littles. The outside is beautiful and we ended up having family photos taken right there instead of venturing somewhere else. We stayed put for the entire trip and that’s exactly what we were looking for, however it’s a bit remote if you’re looking for entertainment or restaurants. We were completely content staying and eating at home so it wasn’t an issue at all. The owner was very communicative and helped us have a wonderful stay.

Perfect for 2 families to share for a ski weekend

Great house (layout, space, etc), great furnishings (tempurpedic mattresses etc) was perfect for a ski weekend for 2 families to share. Very close to Windham and Hunter, and the owner couldn't have been more helpful.

Beautiful house in a great condition

We had a large group of 11 people staying at the house and skiing for 4 days. The house is in a great condition and very welcoming to those staying in it. The host Anthony has been very helpful and provided all relevant information in a great detail. Quite happy with our stay - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience over the Christmas break!

Clean and spacious!

When we entered, we were immediately struck by how clean it was. Often properties are smaller than they look but this was just the opposite. We had more than enough space between the deck, the yard and the large room with the wood burning stove. Everyone had a fabulous time!

Beautiful views

Awesome views from the front porch and a fantastic fire pit out back. Plenty of parking and plenty of room for lots of guests. Kitchen was good, plenty of knives and other cooking and dinner ware. Bring food things that you might not expect to find at the local grocery (Tops), it’s small with a limited selection. We preferred cooking for ourselves, as even though there were lots of local restaurants, the highly rated ones we tried weren’t very good. The property is wonderful, be prepared to relax and unwind (unless you are a co-host of a wedding)!

Completely satisfied!

Our large group of 13 ranging in age from 8 to 86 all agreed that this house was beautiful inside and out. It was comfortable and spacious and met all of our needs. Anthony, the host, was helpful, gracious and responsive. We would totally recommend this property and owner.
