We came with 7 out our sons friends for his 18th birthday. House was perfect for a large group and plenty for the kids to do when not at the mountain.

Rick was an exceptional host, and the property fit my group’s needs perfectly!My group of 11 adults booked this VRBO to come together for New Years. The home was a perfect size for us to hang out, cook large meals, and enjoy new years together. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and kitchen island to cook, eat, and play games. The property manager, Alan, met us on arrival and gave us a tour through the home. He also pointed us to some local events happening for New Years at Windham Mountain, which we enjoyed attending. Alan was very responsive and overall a very helpful point of contact. Rick, the host, was also very communicative and accommodating to my groups needs.All in all, we had a great stay at this VRBO. Would recommend to any other group looking for a cozy home with easy access to Windham Mountain and who enjoy cooking.

Lovely property! The house is spacious and the kitchen is fabulous. We even had a chance to enjoy the pickleball court before the snow came!Communication was great — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. Thanks again Rick. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing stay !

We stayed here for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Rick and Alan were great hosts and super helpful. The property was amazing with so much to offer in and outside of the house. Our kids were obsessed with the pickleball court too ! Highly recommend!

Quite possibly the best place our group has stayed

Twice a year, I get out into the mountains with a group of friends. We've booked many places over the years, and this was probably our favorite. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were incredible. The massive, outdoor fireplace was a great hangout spot. The foliage views from the deck were nearly as good as from the summits. We didn't even get a chance to use some of its many amenities, but we definitely made use of the hot tub after hiking -- which was great. Our group was big enough that we had to share a couple beds, but they were king-sized, so it was fine. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and top notch. Communication with the owner was easy and the property manager who met us at check-in was great, making sure we were good to go and had everything we needed. Easy five stars.

Wow - Beautiful Windham escape!

Hard to decide where to begin
one of the nicest rental homes in the Windham area! Outside amenities are incredible - the firepit is amazing, the outdoor kitchen provides so many wonderful options (outdoor pizza oven was a hit) The inside provides fabulous space for all - even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Rick and Alan were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to a return trip!

Wonderful Property

My son picked out this property for his graduation vacation. We loved exploring all the amenities the property had to offer. The property manager and owner were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that arose. We had three younger children (9,8, and 3) and there was so much to do for them as well. We loved the indoor and outdoor kitchens and was one of the selling highlights for us. We highly recommend.

Excellent location for a group getaway!

We stayed here with a large group of friends over the holiday weekend and had an excellent time. Everything was as advertised with the listing, the property itself is incredible and well suited for a group getaway. The enormous kitchen island was a major feature for our stay and always had a group of friends around it sharing meals, socializing, or playing games. The kitchen itself comes well stocked with tools, utensils, and spices for cooking up meals. The outdoor space was a dream for grilling and sharing meals, and several of our guests took the opportunity to enjoy the disc golf, walking the grounds, and pre-built fire. With everything available, there was no need to leave the property other than for grocery runs. House manager Alan and owner Rick were friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to the few requests and issues we raised, and everything was handled well in a professional manner. The only drawback I can say about our stay was the weather, as our booking landed on a particularly hot and humid summer weekend. Our host provided several fans around the house to help with cooling and circulation, but it was tough to beat that humidity. All in all it was a memorable weekend and well worth the trip. I'd happily stay here and work with Rick & Alan again in the future.

Beautiful property tha tfeels like home

An incredible house with all the amenities for a great time. The outdoor fire place and all the activities make it a ton of fun, and the views and country are incredible. The bedrooms are also comfortable for a big group to stay in. Recommend 10/10

Fantastic

Beautiful place, view is prime. The outdoor fire is awesome, the perfect spot to gather around. The myriad games are such great things to have. We left once over 3 days/nights. Owner and manager are super friendly and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House!

Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.

One-of-a-kind property

Well-planned amenities inside and out. Was here for a weekend with 3 families (13 people). Took advantage of everything - ping pong, foosball, poker table, HUGE hot tub, two wood stoves, high-end appliances in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens (made fresh dough and did personal pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven), pickleball, slackline, hiking, HUGE outdoor fireplace, indoor-outdoor stereo, and piano (friend brought a guitar and we did a sing-a-long night). Relaxing views of the Catskills including Windham Mountain Club. Property manager was friendly and communicative. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
