Welcome to On The Rocks, your new 5 bedroom, luxury vacation home in Estate Chocolate Hole on the stunning island of St. John in the Caribbean. This secluded tropical oasis offers unparalleled relaxation and unspoiled natural beauty that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
We're proud to be the first all-natural vacation home on St. John! Our commitment to reducing environmental toxins is reflected in every aspect of our home, from the use of healthy natural soaps to our plush organic cotton towels and sheets. Our cleaning products are all-natural, too. We provide super-filtered drinking water and clean solar energy to ensure that you can relax and rejuvenate in a truly healthy and sustainable environment!

Upon your arrival to the island, your party can hop into one of the open-aired taxis to take up to the house. These will be lined up waiting for you off the ferry. Your host will meet you at the house.
If you added the house jeep, it will be waiting for you in the driveway.
Once at the house, you will be given a tour and your host will answer any questions you may have.

Conveniently located just 6 minutes from the ferry dock and only 1 minute from the Westin, On The Rocks is the perfect home base for your island adventures. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, including five luxurious bedrooms.

As you arrive at your paradise retreat, you'll be greeted by a huge private driveway making unloading luggage and provisions easy. Enter the beautiful foyer and you'll find two luxury king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on this same level. On the lower level, you'll discover a third luxury master ensuite bedroom, gourmet chef's kitchen, laundry room, and living area with lots of comfortable seating. Step outside to the secluded private pool, cozy outdoor oasis meditation space, plenty of comfortable seating, and grilling area, perfect for cooking up the fresh local catch of the day.

The bedrooms are as follows:
- Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bath (balcony with outdoor seating looking out over pool and ocean)
- Bedroom 2: Two queen beds with ensuite bath (balcony with outdoor seating looking out over pool and ocean)
- Bedroom 3: King with ensuite bath (off kitchen, walk out to the pool)
- Bedroom 4: King
- Bedroom 5: King
(Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom in the adorable Cabana House)

Enjoy the gourmet chef's kitchen fully equipped with premium cooking and entertaining essentials approved by our middle daughter, an amazing chef herself. Rest assured that you'll find all the Teflon-free and non-toxic cooking and bake ware you need by Green Pan Brand, along with a KitchenAid refrigerator, KitchenAid cooktop stove, oven, microwave, triple water filter, ground coffee maker, Keurig, plentiful gourmet cookware, and dinnerware.

Relax under the stars in the meditation oasis surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees, and the tranquil sounds of the island's birds and wildlife. Three yoga mats and a sound bowl are provided for your meditation practice. Sonos speakers in every room and outside by the pool make it easy to dance and unwind to your favorite music while meditating, relaxing, cooking, and swimming.

Our house overlooks Chocolate Hole, and yes — Chocolate Hole Beach is technically walkable! It takes about 10 minutes, but keep in mind there are a couple of steep hills along the way. It's great for a morning or evening stroll, though most guests prefer to drive due to the terrain.
In general, most homes on St. John aren’t walkable to the beaches since villas are typically built up in the hills for the incredible views. That said, St. John is a small island (just 8 by 3 miles), and many of the most beautiful beaches — like Trunk Bay, Maho, and Hawksnest — are just a 10–12 minute scenic drive from the house. You’ll probably want to stop along the way to take photos!
Our location is one of the closest to both Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches, making it easy to get around. You can rent a Jeep to explore at your own pace or take one of the open-air taxis that run throughout the day.
