Top level is flat no stairs, very wheelchair accessible wide doorways. Making it a perfect spot for family get together’s. Three separate floors, three separate entrances perfect for kids on one level adults on another. Greene meticulously manicure yard lawn, Native trees, and plenty of wildlife. Birdwatching paradise. Kayaks and paddle boards with lifejackets, at the villa on the pond for your use which connects to chocolate hole one of the best secret snorkel spots on the island. Complete with snorkel gear, coolers, beach, chairs, umbrellas, flat roof deck, putting green, etc. Etc. recharge and relax. Make memories at your private villa, yet five you are minutes to the fun and lively town, yet a short hop over the hill and your in the country. Outside the hustle and bustle of town but yet doesn’t take a Billygoat and a barf bag to get home at night :-).
