Relax and unwind at Family Tides Beach House! This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home while you enjoy the perfect tropical vacation. At Family Tides Beach House, you’re only steps to the beach!

This lovely condo is casually decorated in soft colors and high-end furnishings with the primary bedroom located on the first floor and three guest bedrooms located upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your local catch of the day. Nearby, you’ll find a large dining room with a farmhouse table that seats six guests. Enjoy some downtime in the comfortable living area with the HD flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV and full bathroom. The guest rooms and second living area are located on the second floor. Two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The bunk room offers two twin-size bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms conveniently located to the three bedrooms. Two sleeper sofas can accommodate additional guests.

This is close to the beach with a short walk. Out the back door is a road you can walk the dog but there are a lot of stickers. That is because of the drought. The condo is roomy and appliances are adequate. It is a little worn but it was comfortable. It was a good place to unwind at the end of the day.

Stay port aransas

Great location, clean rooms, the only problem was that only one tv worked and it was the one in the main living area, we tried several times to get the other tv,s to work to no avail.

Very last minute trip. Super easy check in. Great location in proximity to the beach. It was perfect for my dogs and myself. It says it holds 10. That'd be tough. Kitchen & living room are small. There is a Kcup machine, not a coffee pot as advertised. Luckily i brought both types of coffee. Overall it was great.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our vacation time at this rental. It was close enough to the beach to be able to walk, considering the restrictions of no car access on the beach. Enough space for the kids to hang out and the adults to have their space. The keypad was hard to figure out, and the sink leaked every time we did dishes or ran the dishwasher. There wasn't a ton of pots and pans. But overall we enjoyed our trip.

The listing of the property is not at all accurate!! It was dirty and had to stand outside for 2 hours before someone showed up with clean linen, and didn't even clean the place!! All the dirty sheets were on the floor in front of the beds, they do not wash the comforters after your stay. Their policy is to spray it with lysol after your stay!!! The manager called and stated they were going to give us our money back for the night stay and the cleaning fee and now saying that was not what was discussed, so they call you a lier!!! The manager was nice up until you called her out on their lies she then had an attitude! This is not a beach house as listed! Its apartments/condos, it DOES NOT come with your own pool like its displayed online, it is a community pool with other property owners!!! I'm disgusted by the way you charge someone for a cleaning fee and I open the door and find it to be disgusting!! I do have pictures of other peoples hair all over the floors, that means they didn't sweep or mop the floors, the showers had hair in it. I will never recommend this place!!! And will never ever stay here again!!! Its ridiculous how much you charge and this is not at all what you portray it to be online!!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I interpreted the pictures about the condo as if we could open the back door and walk onto the beach. Boy, was I wrong. I wouldn’t even consider it in walking distance unless you decide not to take anything with you but a towel. If you want to set up shop at the beach, you’ll need to drive or rent a golf cart. To rent a golf cart or not? You can drive your vehicle on the beach which is very convenient. If you don’t want sand in your car, rent a golf cart but you really don’t need one. Hey condo sufficed. It was well stocked with cookware and they do have a bbq grill which was not mentioned anywhere. Although we tolerated the mattresses, I do believe they need to be replaced. The complex is busy with vacationers and so is the pool but everybody was courteous. Booking the unit was a breeze. The downstairs can get cramp since it is narrow due to the garage taking up space. Upstairs is spacious. While we certainly enjoyed our time there, I learned about other areas which seem more appealing to us for next time.

We did have issues entering the back door, the code given only worked for the front door. There wasnt a broom for daily sweeping. The pool had the same overflowing trash for 4 days which was kinda gross. Overall our stay was great. We have stayed here before and plan on returning! Thanks silversands rentals!!

Amazing!

The place exceeded our expectations!! The only down fall was the check in process. We never revived an email with our code for check in, so upon our arrival I called for an hour straight before someone answered and helped us get in our rental. Once in the place was like HOME, relaxing and so clean.

Wonderfull

The house was very clean, the location was excellent because we was able to walk to the beach, the only bad thing was the house looks a little more bigger in the pictures, we try to set up air mattress queen size, and I wasn't any space for that.
