Gulf Breeze is the perfect setting for a destination getaway! This bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has amazing Gulf and bay views.

Gulf Breeze has a stunning and fully equipped kitchen, so bring back your fresh catch and create a gourmet meal! Enjoy time with your family in the spacious living room which offers a 60-inch Smart flat-screen TV with extended cable and Wi-Fi. The queen-size sleeper sofa is available for additional guests. The office nook right off the living area is a great place to check emails or read a book after a day at the beach. The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Gulf Breeze’s oversized patio overlooks the pool so you can relax while keeping an eye on the rest of the family.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom.

Great place!

We loved our stay here! A short walk from the beach. A nice hot hot tub right outside our door. And a heated pool to boot! Nice washer and dryer and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. It’s clean and well kept. Close to the beach and even had a wagon to haul our baby to the beach in. Beds were comfortable and I can’t say enough how clean and well kept it was. It has all the personal touches to make it feel like home. It doesn’t get much better than this home away from home! We will be back I’m sure.

We lived it here. Everyone was really nice great place for our 2 year old Springer Spaniel. Great hot tub and pool.

It was nice to be at a smaller venue that still provided the same amenities as other places we've been. Being able to walk straight out of the door to the pool/outdoor space was really nice. I like the keyless entry as well.

Stay at Gulf Breezes

The condo was lovely and comfortable, and overall we enjoyed our stay! Upon arriving, it seemed like the cleaning crew had not finished as the master bed was completely unmade and missing sheets, and the bathroom was missing towels. The customer service was very helpful though and got us what we needed!

Nice stay short walk to beach

The property is comfortable especially the unit. Many things provided and easy access. The common area is dated and can use improvement. Grills are park style, not gas. Pool table is uneven and poor. The access is private and lovely. If you have any difficulty with stairs, this isn’t for you. Overall, a nice stay. You will sign an entire extra agreement after you book here that is long and detailed. It’s a bit much.

Cozy condo but slightly misleading

The condo itself was very nice. Clean, and well sized for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The listing says there are ocean views--however I'm not sure where they were looking from because there's no way to see the ocean from this location. It also says boardwalk to the beach is a "short 300 yards," when actually its more like 450 yards. The mosquitos were absolutely horrible at this location. The weather and time of year was likely to blame, however there was a ton of standing water around this condominium which didn't help. It made being outside not even a possibility, and we literally had to race from our car to the room to avoid getting swarmed. This made the whole experience rather negative. But to summarize, the condo was very well kept and clean. If you don't mind driving to the beach and not having an ocean view, this is a good place for you!

Not Great

We honestly made the best of it and had a great time, but tried to stay out of the house the majority of the time. We initially booked a dog friendly place, with the possibility of bringing our pup and ended up not. However, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. The sheets were not clean upon arrival, the mosquitos were awful downstairs and on the porch (we literally had swarms trying to pack/load for the day). The pool was nice, but the huge floodlight lights up the whole place and even in the middle of the night, the rooms are bright as can be. The management company has had other great locations, so I felt confident booking- however, this place needs some love. The fridge is rusted, the sheets not clean, the air vents covered in dust, and the bathmats had mold/spots ALL over. Definitely will not be booking here again.

Great location but the property was poorly maintained

The dryer didn't work, towel racks fell off the wall when you touched them (they had towels hung from them when we arrived which means whoever made the unit ready basically staged a working towel rack), and the dish washer flooded the kitchen with stinky garbage water. There were signs of renovations being done: siding missing from the outside, a hole in the roof above the dryer, etc. I'm leaving a lower review on accuracy of listing because I'm not sure if this unit should have been considered ready for use. Despite the okay price, I'm not sure we'll be returning.

They need to fix the dishwasher and dryer, and do a better job cleaning. We cleaned up the place when we got there. Overall very private, great porch, nice view, awesome beach!

Great Location/Unit Needs Work

Love the location and easy access to the beach! This unit is spacious and well-equipped. However, the furnishings need to be updated. Living room furniture is worn out and uncomfortable and microwave needs to be fixed/replaced. The floors had clearly not been well cleaned prior to our arrival. Carpets/rugs did not look vacuumed and the floor in the kitchen was very dirty and was black when we wiped it with a paper towel. Unfortunately, there was a dead possum in the pool on our last day (maintenance immediately came), but we did not get in that day. We have stayed in other units in this complex that were a bit more updated/nicer. The private access to the beach is hard to beat, so we will stay in the same complex again, but choose a different unit.

Family beach trip

We visit port aransas yearly, this was our first stay at the mustang island beach club and were very happy with it. Our condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We came in the week after spring break and the beach was clear for miles. We were the only people on the beach every day and it was like your own private paradise. If I had to say anything that I wish was better, it was that the pool didn't seemed to be heated as the description says it is

Pool was tiny, the grounds were poorly maintained and there was black hair (not ours) all over the bathroom floor indicating the condo had not been cleaned very well. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice condo but probably wont go back. condo management never answered phone or responded to text. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable but Queen bed in second bedroom needs replacing...very uncomfortable. Walk to beach very long with area of knee high weeds and nasty swamp water.

Had a great stay here! I did feel the cleanliness could have been a little better mostly the dust under the bed and bath rugs were worn. The condition outside the condo could be updated. Loved being poolside and covered parking was a bonus. Loved that it was pet friendly. Great views of the grassy dunes.
