Cravin' Waves is a beachfront, ground-level condo with beautiful sand dune views located just steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated, this unit offers everything your group of guests needs for a perfect beach getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare home-cooked meals to enjoy around the dining table. Both of the spacious bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and closets for convenience. The Primary suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 creates an ideal family setup, offering a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space for larger groups. Step outside to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunset views from the patio, or take the boardwalk to hit the beach!

Dotted with palm trees, this beautiful 25-acre complex has its very own beach boardwalk for easy beach access. There's even security on-site during summer months and holiday events. Right off of 11th street, in the golf cart zone, the Island Retreat complex is close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many Port Aransas, TX activities!

If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we canât guarantee that you wonât hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
