Basement level suite in Westminster’s Apple Blossom neighborhood. Located very conveniently - 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, 12-15 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes from Red Rocks.

The unit is fully separated with a private entrance and egress window.

The space:
Free parking is available on the property for 1 vehicle. There is also street parking.

Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent.

Guest access:
Feel free to use the laundry room, backyard (grill use included), and please feel free to park in the driveway.

Other things to note:
Please note there’s a low point in the ceiling (6’ height) where an air duct runs in the 2nd room with the bunk beds.

You must walk through the back bedroom to get to the bathroom and laundry room.

Great MCM garden suite. Location was ideal to get everywhere we needed to go. Close to all shopping and so many restaurants. Hosts were wonderful communicators. Very comfortable in this home. Give it a try !

We had a wonderful stay! Heather was amazing with communication and was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The rental is a basement unit in a home, and the gentleman who lives upstairs was incredibly nice and friendly and welcoming.The space was very clean, comfortable, and had simple, easy to- follow instructions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We also loved the location it was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to all of our friends and family, which made our trip even better.The listing was under Brian’s name, but Heather manages the property, and she was wonderful to work with. We really appreciated her kindness and great communication. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Clean and Comfortable Suite

We have really enjoyed this comfortable suite! The location is perfect, close to most of the attractions in Denver. The owners are very nice and responsive. The suite itself has everything you need. Would really love to come back and stay here again!

My 22yr old daughter and I stayed here and the beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. Communication with Heather & Brian was great. They were very helpful I would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊

Nice place

Perfectly located close to downtown and close to Boulder & the Red Rocks. Basement apartment with easy access. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Host was responsive by email & text. Only(small) issue was not having control of the AC & heater but that would not keep me from staying there again.

Apple Blossom Stay

Great All-American neighborhood! Kids playing outside, parents outside working and playing with their kids. Neighborhood felt safe and family orientated. Apple Blossom fit right in. Entry was safe, clear and easy to enter. Basement was entirely mine. Easy to get around, items very easy to use. Fireplace downstairs was nice! Bed was comfortable as well as living area. The gym I use was about two miles away so very convenient. My workplace was less that 5 miles away. I plan on staying here again in the future.
