Very convenient, close to some cute shops and eateries. Clean, comfortable bedding. Wish we could have used the back yard space! Easy Lyft/Uber pickup location too.

The owner made our stay wonderful. Our stay was for over a week so anything we needed he provided it promptly. I would love to stay there again.

Excellent location. Host is super nice, responsive, and accommodating. Temp was 95 everyday in Denver on our recent trip and the AC worked really well. We're up early so didn't mind but rooms do not have blackout shades.

Highland

We stayed for a week at this property. Kyle was a fantastic host and the communication was excellent leading up to our stay. We arrived very late and Kyle had turned on the lights inside the home so we wouldn't be in the dark. I thought that was a very kind gesture especially having my 82 year old mother in law with me. We had run in to Kyle outside and he was a pleasure to speak to. You could tell he wanted to make sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. The home was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Neither myself or my mother in law had any issue with getting restful sleep. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We spent some time out on the front porch and the neighbors were so pleasant and friendly. This home is in an ideal location as well. You can walk to many great restaurants and it was a short drive from many of the attractions Denver has to offer. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard, but it was very spacious and had a bbq. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Denver. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Great house, great neighborhood

What a perfect spot! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the backyard bbq area, which was an incredible added bonus to an already perfect home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, the living room was spacious with a wonderful couch, and the area was great for walking and exploring the beautiful architecture of this Denver neighborhood.

Getaway in Denver

Cute and clean house in a hip neighborhood. Walk to dozens of restaurants and bars. 10 minute ride to Mile high. Love it!

Kyle is a great host

We had an amazing stay in Denver for the March Madness games! A few friends and I came to town to watch Wisconsin play, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kyle greeted us upon arrival and was so kind and genuine, making us feel right at home. The property was incredibly clean and spacious, perfect for our group. Kyle was also great at making himself available whenever we needed anything, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place!

I love the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood for its walkability and central location. It offers great food, parks, and a cute neighborhood. It's the perfect balance of close proximity to so much of what Denver offers while still being on a quiet road.
