comfortable and good location

This is a nice place with plenty of room for 6 to sleep. Cozy living room is great for hanging out and the kitchen is spacious and has a keurig and k-cups available.

Good parking, spacious backyard, decent kitchen. Only negatives - one shower in bedroon and we had to restart the washer for our clothes load.

Can't change the layout, unfortunately. But, we can change the washing machine. Will hop on that right away. Sorry it threw an error code. If you encounter things that are fixable just reach out & we'll do our best to make it right (while you're there if possible). Hopefully the rest of your stay was enjoyable.

Great Location!

We've made multiple trips to Manhattan over the past few years to visit our KState student and i wish we'd discovered this place sooner. Clean, comfortable and just right for a weekend visit. Pleny of parking was great as we had a truck and small trailer. Hosts were great and were kind enough to adjust our reservation to allow arrival a day early.

Fall Getaway

A little pricey, for only a bath and a 1/2. Might be helpful to explain the TV streaming in the handbook. No local channels & difficulty finding games. The rooms were clean and nice.

Awesome accomodations for a family weekend!

My family and I were in Manhattan for a cattle show and spent the weekend at Pop's place. The moment we walked in we felt right at home and we're thrilled with the house! The house was extremely clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean and safe which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in the Manhattan area. In addition, Keith was extremely helpful with all of our needs and questions. This is awesome property at a very reasonable price!

Kansas State Football Weekend

We booked this place for a football weekend with my parents and aunt. The set up worked well for our group. We could walk a mile to the stadium and were able to prepare breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed a cookout with a few additional family members and friends and we even used the firepit. Thank you for friendly communication and an overall great experience.

Family Weekend @ Kansas State University

Perfect Game Day Stay! We had an incredible stay at this lovely neighborhood home! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Kansas State football stadium, which made game day so convenient. The house itself was perfect, with all the comforts we could ask for. The huge backyard was a highlight for us. It was the ideal spot to toss a football around and hang out. The fire pit added an extra layer of coziness in the evenings. Each bedroom having its own TV was a fantastic touch, allowing everyone to relax in their own space after a long day. Overall, this was the perfect place for our visit. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great House to rent while visiting for a KSU Football Game. House is about a 15 minute walk to the NW side of the stadium. Nice Neighborhood, and located on a minor thoroughfare.As you probably noticed from the pictures, this is an older house with some nice updates where warranted. Not one of the gorgeous VRBO properties you see out there, but great for a place to crash somewhat close to the stadium/campus. Beds are less firm than we are use to but were quite comfortable.Have beds to sleep 6, but only one shower. Not an issue for us, but might be if was a full houseVery well appointed kitchen.We will look to stay here again next time we are visiting Manhattan.
