Super cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lakefront cottage with a Fireplace!! If you love the water and the beach or if you are just looking for a family trip or a Romantic getaway this place is for you!
Large sandy beach frontage with Gazebo and lounge chairs for days of relaxation. When it gets dark outside, there is a firepit on the beach that you can roast smores over.
If its cold outside snuggle up in the living room next to the fireplace.

Located a few hundred feet from the public boat launch... bring your own boat!!! There is a dock to park at during your stay.

All Linens and towels provided
There is a Gas Grill on site
NO smoking and no pets!

5 minute drive to Traverse City where you will find shopping, breweries, wineries and local entertainment. Not too far from Crystal Mountain where you can spend a day at the spa or playing in the snow, skiing.

Perfect family getaway

We had a great stay for our week in Traverse City with our family (2 4 year olds and a one year old). The house was cozy, as described, and on a beautiful property. It made for a perfect "home base" while exploring the Traverse City area.

Great beach getaway

Cute property, perfect for our family vacation. Super relaxing, the lake is beautiful and the beach was perfect for kids. Great for fishing and kayaking if you are wanting to do that. And close to a lot of fun things around Traverse City so we were able to do a lot of exploring as well.

Great Quick Trip On the Lake

Great property for a quick family trip. Would highly recommend. The lake was amazing The cabin was clean and as expected. Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time we will stay even longer!

Perfect Solo Destination Retreat

I needed a nice, cozy, quiet, small space, with a kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi for an online course. This little home was perfect. It was very clean, well maintained, and easy to get checked in/out. Super easy process for booking and great communication with property manager.

Awesome Mini Getaway

We were only in town for a quick stay but this property met all of our needs and then some! Owner was very easy to get ahold of. The beach area and lake are beautiful! Quiet little street was just what we wanted! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect location!

This is such an awesome cabin! The lake is shallow and clean and has beautiful rocks. Very nice sitting areas and beach. Perfect for remote workers! The cabin was clean and stocked with basic necessities. Super close to traverse city and 45 min from sleeping bear dunes. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Cozy lake cottage

Even with the snow falling outside this lake cottage was perfect for a weekend for a friend and I. We were throwing a baby shower at a nearby venue. The road leading to the cottage was plowed and so was our parking space. Our host was attentive and helpful. Would love to come back with warmer weather.

Lovely little cottage so close to the lake

This was a small cottage but sufficed for our family of 4. The laundry is in a shed in the back of the property which was unusual, but I was quite happy to have laundry and detergent provided so I can't complain. The house is super close to the lake and you have a lovely sunset view. The kids were able to play on the sand and water until close to 9pm in early August. We hope to be able to rent 2 cottages and stay close to friends next time!

Awesome property

This was an awesome property to stay at. I loved that it was secluded and had a little beach that my family and I could go to. The host was friendly and easy to talk to. She always contacted me back promptly. The only minor drawbacks were there were not enough towels for a family of 4. And the it was extremely difficult to keep the house cool with just the one air conditioner in the front of the house. The back of the house was rather hot. Overall, great experience in a fantastic location.

Early summer

Nice place clean, but pictures online were misleading, it loked as though the property was on the beach, with a nice deck, both of these were some distance away. Description mentioned laundry available, there was none to be found, (it would have been nice to have more towel bars to hang towels since we had no dryer), televisions in bedrooms both non working. Kitchen was very well socked with cooking utensils. Nonetheless our stay was enjoyable.

Peggy, I’m so sorry you were not satisfied with your stay! The laundry was on the backside of the house, and I will add that to my check in instructions, that way people will know.
