This 2024 renovation of a beautiful duplex originally built in 1925 is within walking distance of Churchill Downs, University of Louisville Cardinal Football Stadium, and Jim Patterson Baseball Stadium.

This two bedroom, one bathroom is the floor level of a split level duplex featuring original hardwood floors, pocket doors with crystal handles, and its restored clawfoot tub with shower addition!

One bedroom features a king size bed. The second features two double beds.

Felix was a great host! He was very attentive and quick to respond to communication. The home was in a great location. We were able to walk around the Louisville campus. Quick and easy drive to the Expo Center for a basketball tournament. I definitely recommend the Old Louisville Tavern for excellent non-chain food.

This is a cute house, perfect for a family or two couples. It is located close to U of L and Churchill Downs. Felix was very responsive and friendly!

The property is about 5 minutes from anything you could possibly want to do in Louisville. The host was responsive and interested in making sure our stay was what we were expecting. A very clean, economical, convenient place to stay and enjoy Louisville!

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect for vacationers. Most everything you could need is nearby. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable. Checkout was a breeze! Felix was right on top of every communication. Very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay and would absolutely recommend this property! This location was excellent, perfect for our trip to the Expo Center, with easy access to Churchill Downs, Cardinal, Stadium, and other nearby attractions. The host was fantastic. Even though we never needed anything during our stay, he checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and was very responsive and welcoming. Parking is located behind the house. We drove a full-size pick up, and while it was alittle tight, it was definitely manageable. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt safe throughout our stay. House is as described. Beds were super comfy! Air conditioning worked great during the hot week! Overall, this was a great place to stay with an attentive host, a convenient location, and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we’ll stay again when we are in town.

Felix was very helpful when I needed to reach out to find the house (I typed the wrong address into GPS, not his fault in the slightest). The house was very comfortable and clean. My draw back was the lack of TV's in the bedrooms, I'm someone who is used to sleeping with the TV on. He does live upstairs, so occasionally you'll hear some noise above, but it was never to loud to be distracting and it wasn't late at night either. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

Perfect for our group of 3!

Came to Louisville with a couple friends to do some distillery tours and see the Slugger Museum and this place was PERFECT! Great location not far from Main Street and the house had 3 beds (2 in one room and one in the master). Communication with the host was great and I look forward to coming back!

Nicely remodeled old house charm

This place was absolutely gorgeous on the inside. We want to be close to the Kentucky Derby and it was literally right down the street from us. Our host was amazing and always answered our questions that we had.
