🌞LIVING ROOM🌞

The owner tactfully decorates an indoor swing, making it a focal point, to transform the empty corner of the living room and enhance the look of the house interiors. After a long day at the parks, relax in the main living area, which is open and airy with plenty of space for hanging out. Take a seat on the large sectional sofa to watch the large flat-screen TV in the living room.

🌞OUTSIDE SPACE🌞

There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The Villa itself has one of the best Lake views, with a pool that faces the sun and overlooks the lake and its wildlife. The pool and outside area have lighting for the evening. The lakeside is only a few yards away, where you will see a tranquil forest with a variety of birds. The outdoor dining area includes a patio table, six chairs, and four full-length loungers with padded cushions. There is also a covered lanai area adjacent to the pool, where you can eat outside or escape the sun. It is beyond beautiful and perfect for fun and relaxation. Within 11 miles, there is a 24-hour Walmart for convenience and low-cost shopping. Furthermore, the house is only 6 miles from the 192, home to numerous restaurants, takeaways, and shops. You have an abundance of choices regarding close-by shopping and dining options.

🎯Extra charge if you'd like to use:
👉BBQ grill cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
👉 Heated pool: $45 per day for the entire stay if booked in advance (at least 48 hours before stay), or $50 per day if booked during the stay (4 days minimum).
👉 Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon room availability with a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are requested to notify management of their intended timing.
👉 Additional Guest Charges: Beyond 14 guests, there's a fee of $25 per person per night for each additional guest.
