Dutch Hill Manor I - An exquisite rental with upscale décor. It is located on a gentle knoll overlooking the valley with a view of the rolling hills beyond. Take time to explore and unwind - discover the 10 acre lot, delightful grounds with an open deck that leads to a skillfully terraced yard complete with an amazing fire pit. Enjoy time by a campfire under the stars.

The décor is a pleasing eclectic combination of custom made tables, chandeliers and contemporary items. Attention has been given to every detail, including boosters to give a strong cell signal. The first floor king bedroom has a cathedral ceiling completed with pine boards and a spacious seating area.

The chef in your group is sure to be delighted with the kitchen which has ample food prep areas, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. In addition to the 2 king beds and a queen bed, extra sleeping is provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area. Each bath has skillfully crafted custom tile.

GAME ROOM! Ping pong, pool table, pacman, foosball, game console with a TV. Located in the garage and is a shared space with Dutch Hill II.

NOTE: This offering is in the same structure as Dutch Hill Manor lI, but is very private with a breezeway in between the 2 units. This is an ideal choice for families who wish to be near each other but still have their own private lodging.

** If both Dutch Hill Manor I & II are booked by the same team, 1 well-supervised team party IS allowed!!!

Beautiful place with nice view and amenities

The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. We were visiting Cooperstown on our way to a New England road trip the first two weeks of October. Close to the MLB Hall of Fame. Excellent communication with leasing agent. Would definitely stay again when revisiting the area. 👍👍

Beautiful place, well-maintained, great outdoors.

This was a really nice place the rural setting was perfect. The outdoor deck and firepit area was very nice. Inside, the kitchen was well-prepared and supplied. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean; but the pillows were flat (bring your own). We really enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning.

Great house close to Cooperstown Dreams Park

Located in a beautiful setting. Close enough to everything, but still nice to be away from the city area. House is clean and has a fun game room for kids. Also has a fire pit in the backyard.

Great stay

We visited while playing at Dreams Park and had a wonderful experience. The house is as good as the pictures, if not better. VERY quiet surroundings. Easy ride to the park, 20 minutes maximum. Everything was provided for a quick check in and check out. When the players came back they loved the game room and were not happy when we told them it was time to leave. Highly recommend and will look to go back.

PEACEFUL

Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2023 as a small group visiting Hall of Fame. Ideally located a short distance to all things baseball. Close to gas, and grocery. Ample wildlife and tranquility. Host was excellent and a pleasure to chat with. View from the firepit in the yard was outstanding. The house was beautiful inside and out, comfortable all amenities you need. Definitely will be returning next fall.

Wonderful Rental

This property was wonderful. It was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The owner has thought of everything and was incredibly responsive to requests and suggestions. We did not have enough wine glasses on arrival and needed better knives. They were at our front door in the morning. The property was cleaned and beautifully well maintained. The only thing to be aware of is that the property has well water and did have an odor when washing dishes or showering but worth the inconvenience.

The exclaimation point to a great trip to Cooperstown.

The house is located in the hills and fields of central upstate New York. It’s a beautiful and quiet 15 minute drive from from Dreams Park. The winding roads lead you to a beautiful home tucked just into the trees. The spacious home is meticulously maintained and offers amenities for adults and children. There’s plenty of room for a large group to gather and also find space apart. The backyard features a deck with a full size patio set for gathering. There is a stone patio area with stone steps that lead you to a raised stone patio and fireplace. This overlooks the meadow to the left. The yard is fenced but you’ll also find a few trail’s immediately surrounding the property. They won’t take you far but lend enough comfort for those that enjoy the outdoors. All in all our stay was incredible. I highly recommend this property as a top choice for those looking for the perfect location!
