Everything went as expected. We noticed a leaky toilet and a plumber fixed it right away. The location really is great, we had everything we needed and I think this location has the most and best beach loungers, chairs and umbrellas. There were beach toys and a drink cooler in the unit. There are carts for luggage and grocery hauling. We would stay again.

Sarasota Sweetie

Our place was right over the pool, clean and spacious. All the village spots were local and in walking distance. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided but taking your own umbrella is best because it’s so hot outside. The sunsets were amazing and the pool was a great option to have. Owner Kim has great instructions, tips and communication.

Terrifying experience

I had an amazing week here and the location is phenomenal. However I cannot recommend because on the last beautiful night of our stay we got stuck in the condominium elevator and were extremely scared and traumatized by the experience. My toddler is now afraid of getting into an elevator cause we all thought it was going to drop and we were going to be injured or die. Had to call emergency services and were stuck for 40 minutes in extreme heat with a toddler and my elderly mother. We learned that another tenant at Midnight Cove had an issue on the elevator before us and told the maintenance crew and nothing was done. So this whole thing could have been avoided. I asked for a night to be comp'd (at least) due to the terrible scary experience and inconvenience and got no response. I know these things are out of our control, and out of the property manager's control, but this was unacceptable and handled poorly. Go stay somewhere else where they actually take these issues and your safety seriously.

We were on a girls trip...and the condo was perfect! Easy check in ..everyon so friendly! The beach was amazing and the weather was fabulous! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo! We can highly recommend!!

Siesta key getaway

We have stayed in this unit many times- we absolutely love it!! The bed situation- king in the master, bunks and an additional double in the guest room- is perfect if you have 3 or 4 kids. Incredible views and amenities, Siesta key beach cannot be beat!! We gave 4 stars for cleanliness just because there was some general buildup on the tables and furniture (bunk beds). Could use a quick deep clean, but overall it is a wonderful unit to stay in.

The Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is within 30 minutes. Tampa and Ft Myers airports are within 60 minutes of our beautiful island.
