Ce condo au 5e étage avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain est entièrement et entièrement rénové. Soyez l'un des premiers invités à séjourner dans ce condo magnifiquement rénové. Nouvelle tuile partout. Il y a deux suites avec salle de bain privée. Chaque chambre a de nouvelles portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur une véranda avec de belles vues sur le golfe. Les deux chambres ont également de nouveaux meubles, matelas et écran plat t. v. »s. Chaque salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec douche à l'italienne, vanité neuve, toilettes, éclairage. peinture, ect.
Une chambre a un lit queen et 2ème chambre a deux lits queen pour dormir confortablement 6.
La cuisine est toute neuve avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers. La cuisine est également entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont le cuisinier pourrait avoir besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, verres, couverts ect.
Le salon a de belles nouvelles portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur la véranda. Salon également mobilier neuf, écran plat 55 "t. V. Avec câble, et wifi gratuit.
Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond, de la peinture et de nouvelles moulures.
Condo est à seulement quelques pas de la plage n ° 1. Des chaises longues de plage sont fournies gratuitement juste en face du condo.

Vues magnifiques sur le golfe depuis les chambres et le salon. Allongez-vous dans le lit et ouvrez les yeux sur une belle plage, vue sur l'eau.

The condo was amazing. Clean, great size, well decorated, cozy, and perfectly located. The property itself could use some updates. The host was so nice, helpful, and responsive. The beach was simply incredible. The views, the sunset, the water, and especially the sand could not be beat. The public beach just down the road has free yoga offered by Tranquility By the Sea mostly everyday and a public pickleball court where you can just show up and play. I wouldn’t even hesitate to consider booking this stay again.

The condo was very clean and a great place to relax. Beach can be seen from our balcony and was a very quick walk once out the door. Beach chairs and Umbrella both available - charge for umbrella. Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Close to restaurants - walking distance or can take a trolley. Totally enjoyed our stay and would come back to this condo again. Ruth and Angelo very easy to communicate with - with instant response the few times we had questions.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a lot of helpful advice about the area and where to go. One thing, however, was that the on-line listing mentioned a gym, and there was no gym on the property thst we could find. We really enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach was very nice.

We had a great time! The unit was wonderful, and beach access is very easy. My only suggestion would be that the listing photo be changed. It gives the impression that there is an oceanfront pool, but the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door.

Our family loves Siesta Key and we enjoyed this spot for its comfortable updates inside as well as the proximity, view, and access to the beach. AC worked great, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and more.

The unit was clean and close to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect location close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The kids had beach toys and had everything they could have asked for! Owners were very responsive, helpful and check in and out were super easy! will stay again.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this Crescent Arms condo. Nicely updated condo, clean, plenty of room and storage and great view of the beach and ocean. Short walk to beach and pool, easy to catch the trolley out front. Beach was beautiful, easy to get beach chairs. All in all highly recommended for a Siesta Key stay.

We have been vacationing in Siesta Key for 30 years! We love it so much that 25 years ago we purchased our first condo on Siesta Key. We currently have 2 properties on Siesta Key and love helping guest have an amazing experience.

Crescent Arms is directly on a perfect spot of beautiful Siesta Key/Crescent beach.
Walk out of the building and step right on the white sugary sand. The complex furnishes nice beach chairs and lounge chairs free of charge as you walk on the beach. The private section of beach is never over crowded and there is always plenty of space to enjoy the beach. We are also a short walk on the beach to the famous Point of Rocks, the perfect place to search for shells or great snorkeling.
There also a service at beach entrance, you can set up for the day or week to have umbrellas and chairs set up for you early morning, so whenever you decide to go to beach, your setup with umbrellas and chairs will be waiting for you in the perfect spot. All for a very reasonable price.
There is a shower coming off beach, there is also a full shower and restrooms by pool.

Enjoy your meals on the private lanai with ocean views and a great gulf breeze. Spectacular views from both bedrooms and living room.
The condo is newly completely renovated, all bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring and full kitchen is new.
