We are about 15 miles away from Austin Downtown, 17 miles from COTA, 14 miles away from Austin Bergstrom Airport , and only 6 miles away from Samsung. Lovely home

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding with our family and two infant grand children. We found it a good location to get to Austin and the venue The Grand Lady. They provided a nice pack and play which was very helpful. There is also a den that served as a good space for a baby, but no window coverings so you have to figure that out. All the rooms had walk in closets. The kitchen had plenty of plates, serve ware, but pots/pans were smaller but we made it work. Overall, very nice rooms and nicely presented. The house is clean, modern and new without clutter making it great for the toddler. The downstairs family room area is bigger than what the pictures looked like to me. It was very comfortable for our party of 7 adults and two little ones.

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean, spacious, and lovely. The game room upstairs was wonderful for the grandchildren when we were at the home.

Perfect Manor property

The home was over all very clean and comfortable but lacked in some areas. The lawn was not cut, not enough towels, soap dispensers were not working, dinning room chairs were broken, toilet paper was 1/2 ply not even single ply,

Spacious Newer Build Great for Large Families/Groups

Spacious house with plenty of space for large families or groups. Everything was clean and all the basics were provided. Additional toiletries were provided if needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall our group enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend in Austin. Would recommend to a friend.

Mini Family Vacation

Awesome rental, awesome host, awesome time!! Sylvia was great from beginning to end!! The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, & cozy. The neighborhood was very peaceful, close to the airport, and close to a number of restaurants and local stores. Highly recommended this property and would most stay here again!!

Home away from home

CLEAN, nice neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to Austin, airport and mansion (wedding Venue). First floor master full bath a huge plus for my elderly parents!!! Kitchen stocked.

Perfect for our event!

This property was perfect for our needs for our son's wedding at The Grand Lady. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and every detail was well-thought out. The host left snacks and essentials if needed. We'll definitely recommend it to anyone having a wedding at The Grand Lady!

huge, clean, & beautiful: quiet neighborhood outside Austin

This place was amazing and a major steal for the price it was offered at! We stayed with a group of young(ish) professionals in our 30's, hoping to get together in Austin for a weekend. The amenities are fantastic - huge TV's, two separate living rooms, giant and comfortable beds, warm showers, clean, etc. The extra razors, toothbrushes, snacks, etc. were a nice tough. Host was very communicative, and even offered early check-in; It's about a 20 minute ride into Austin, so the house was perfect for relaxing in after a day of touring the city. Would definitely recommend, and know that the price can't be beat.

New, fresh and clean

The home is large and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed how quickly we could get to both Austin and Round Rock, so the location was ideal for the activities we had planned. We have family in Manor, and it was only 5 minutes between this house and theirs, so we would definitely consider renting this again if it was available. Walmart is super close for grocery pickup as well.

Excellent Property

Very new property and close to the kalahari Resorts. We stayed here for the new year's eve and we had loads of fun. Kids enjoyed the stay too.

Staying in Manor

I think we must have been the first people to stay at this Vrbo as it had a few details needing to be worked out when we first arrived which the property manager attended to quickly. The house was big enough for our family of 11 with a great upstairs lounging area that the kids took over, a nice kitchen and plenty of comfortable beds. The house was clean when we arrived and we settled in quickly for a week of time together. I think the only downside was that the house was in a neighborhood under construction. Thank goodness there was a beautiful pond nearby with some walking trails. The house was close to Austin and the airport and Elgin
It is in a great location for easy access to all the above.
