Property was a great space to have our family vacation. Well appointed home with tons of space. Clean, well kept and great outdoor space. Enjoyed the yard with pool, outdoor TV and covered Bbq area for cooking and outdoor dining. Host was immediately available for questions etc, and responded quickly. Will certainly stay again if we are in the area!

We brought our gradkids to Austin and were very satisfied with this cute home. They enjoyed pooltime before going out in the town to see Nightmare Before Christmas Trail Lights. The house was a perfect place to come back to enjoy birthday night cap with our teen-grandaughter. Our host was polite and set everything up for us very nicely. We are greatly humbled and appreciative. Thank you!

Plenty of Room

Definitely lots of room for vehicles, bedrooms, and backyard area. Beds were all small, more for kids than adults. A couple king-size beds would have been nice and a couple mattresses need to be replaced, def worn in the middle. Surrounding homes and area, not the best of neighborhoods, but had no issues with noise, vandalism, or safety. Close to restaurants, stores, and the Expo Center for the Lonestar Round Up. Had an issue with the projector/tv, property owners came right out and got it working for us. Will def stay again.

Really nice place

The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty to do without to far of a drive. The was was nice and spacious. Really nice kitchen and outdoor cooking.

Very Good Large House to Visit Austin

The hostess was great on communications. Property had plenty of room and amenities for our group. The house was very clean top to bottom. The large projector TV was fantastic. The neighborhood was a little rough looking, but we felt safe. One area for improvement is the mattresses. The Master bedroom was good but other rooms mattresses were soft/heavily worn. We would stay here again.

Nice Home

Our stay at Mrs.Martinez home was pleasant. I had a minor issue with the keypad getting in but the host responded immediately and was able to resolve the issue. My family and I came into town to shower a new baby and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The home was spacious and accommodated my huge family comfortable. The small kids loveeddd all of the toys and the backyard space as it had plenty of things to do to burn their energy.The only thing I would suggest is a cover for the pool for families with small children. We removed the ladder during our stay and replaced it upon departure. Overall this home was perfect for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this home to others. Thanks for being such a great host and allowing my family to use your home for a small duration.

Location was good for our plans attending the Austin City Limits event. Neighborhood is ok. Site is out of place to the neighborhood development. Was quiet and comfortable.

Nice place

Upon arrival, first impression was a very nice looking place in a rough looking neighborhood. Entrance was a piece of cake, the house was clean and all the beds were so inviting! The backyard was relaxing and the grill was definitely put to use. My family was more than comfortable and pleased with the house.

Great house and host!

The host and house were incredible! The house was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. If number 1 below was fixed, I would strongly recommend staying here. Its important to note a few things: 1. Host asked that we throw our toilet paper in the trash and not flush it due to being on a septic system. I would never agree to that for a list of reasons. I have septic at three of my properties; I never asked guest to throw my toilet paper in the trash. My mind was blown! 2. The house is beautiful and clean, but it does not belong in this neighborhood. The area is a little sketchy.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay and Diana’s house. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and the bedding/towels were well stocked. The projector in the living room was a big hit for watching movies.
