A memory foam cot located in the bedroom closet provides an extra sleeping option, making this great choice for a family getaway.

Great place only issue I had was the room had no insulation you can hear everything through the walls. Make sure you bring sugar or creamer if you like it with your coffee. Beautiful decor, bed and pillows are super comfortable.

Nashville stay

Location was great for a visit to Vanderbilt. Apartment was super clean, quiet and about a 20 minute walk to campus. Bedding and mattress were wonderful. We were texted that we could check in early with no additional cost which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to others, but bring your own coffee:)

Music City Bowl Trip

After a brief snafu trying to get into the loft, everything was smooth. As others have said, the walls are a bit thin, but nothing that was bothersome or kept us awake at night. The loft was clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Accommodation

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. This property was located very close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and perfect for our long anniversary weekend. One small issue was we could hear the people above us walking around. It wasn’t often enough to be a problem though.

Urban Escape was very nice

The property was very nice and has parking for travelers. Given we had never been to Nashville before, we truly had no idea on the best location for us. It was nice to see Vanderbilt but required travel to Broadway, 12th Ave S., and other sites. Nashville is easy to navigate for newbies!! Be prepared to bring in spices if you are cooking a lot. We enjoyed going out so it did not matter to us at all. I would still recommend the property overall we had a great stay!!!

Great

The place is great and perfect for a quick weekend. Close to everything in midtown and short drive to doentown. Vacasa does require a picture of your ID (wasn’t advertised it was necessary on the listing) after booking with VRBO. I’ve never had that happen and I couldn’t get a refund once I found it was a requirement.

Great place, lousy booking experience

Great place to stay - clean (inside the unit - hallways need a good cleaning but make it to your room and it was super nice and clean), close to major attractions but quiet, covered parking, good startup supplies, extra towels were great so we didn't have to wash every day, nice furnishings, etc. Nothing bad to say about the unit. Dealing with Vacasa, however, was a pain the entire time. Customer service was friendly, but I've never spent so much time trying to book, verify, check out, etc.

Quaint, Perfect Little Loft

The loft itself was great. It was simple, clean and efficient - just what we needed for our 2 day stay. The only complaint we had was the fact that just anyone could get into the first floor and basement garages. You needed a code to get into the door of the lobby, but not the garage itself, and there seemed to only be one security camera as well. Needless to say, our vehicle was broken into on our last night. We discovered it on our way out the door early the next morning. We reported it to Vacasa, but nothing has been done other than a "Sorry this happened to you". Considering 2 others had their vehicles broken into as well, you would think maybe a change in their garage setup and security measures may be necessary. Again, other than that, this was a wonderful rental. We would stay again, pending the garage security situation.

Little sketchy area

To start parking only states under the building, there were numbers on the ground so we didn’t know if we had a certain spot and it took 6 hours for an answer. Disheartening to write a less then 5 star but the place was noisey, our door bell on our room was being rang at 1 am and again at 3 am. Very scary! Saturday night we came across a drug addict homeless guy in the parking under the building smoking something. Didn't feel safe to go in or leave car so we drove around for awhile. We ran into a resident who told us to defiantly dont leave a thing in your car! The bed was indeed a casper but very uncomfortable for us as well as the small sofa. The decor and cleanliness was great. Fully furnished with all pots, pans, utensils, towels and linen you need. If we were to visit again I'd just rent a hotel room. It really would be no different.
