What a cool little place to stay! Jay is an excellent host, great communicator, even offered us some info on fun places to go. He’s a musician and this place has a cool music motif - the lamp stands are made of wind instruments, the light shades are drumheads, the kitchen table is a piano top. There is a nice large bathroom and a huge comfy bed. It’s very clean and cozy. Thanks Jay, we’ll be seeing you again..

Excellent property with a great host. Our host was extremely helpful in ensuring we were taken care of and provided us with suggestions for our evening dinners. This property was in a great location and had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book this Vrbo next time we are in Nashville.

We had a wonderful stay with Jay! He was able to get us reservations for the Skull's Rainbow Room for our last night and it was a wonderful experience. We definitely will be staying with him again next time we are in town. =)

ELO weekend

We came to Nashville to go to the ELO concert at the Bridgestone Arena. We wanted to stay in a different area than we normally do, and this place was perfect! Jay is an incredible host and there for any needs you might have. We will definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I came down to celebrate his 40th birthday. Jay's place was the perfect location! Located on Music Row, it was a quiet area but still close enough to all the excitement! If we ever come back down, we will be staying here!

Jay was an excellent host. Not only was his property spotless, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was so easy to communicate with. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t have time to do much exploring, but we look forward to returning in the future and taking Jay up on his recommendations!!

Just perfect!!

This place was exactly as described! Clean and very nice! The bed is super comfortable and Jay was an amazing host! Very accommodating and easy to communicate with! I came with my 10yr old daughter for a cheer competition and felt very safe! Thanks again, Jay! Would definitely book again!

The place to stay

Jay is an awesome host. The place is beautiful and clean. Close to Belmont university. You’re on music row and are on top of an actual recording studio with a lot of history. Jay even let me sit in on a session. If you want the Nashville experience this is it. Cannot recommend enough!

Just stay here!

This was the perfect little apartment, clean, charming and located close enough to all the things Nashville has to offer without being too close to the madness that is Broadway. We came down for a concert, and hit a few other must dos while down here, the apartment was on a busier street but you couldn’t tell once you were inside. Jay was always available via text although everything was so great we didn’t need to contact him during our stay. We will definitely book here again when we come back down.

Music City Gem

Great place in a quiet neighborhood on music row. If you’re into country music and its history, this is the place to stay. Jay’s place is clean, bright, and has all the amenities you could ask for. I’m 62 and walked into the downtown area daily discovering hidden gems of restaurants, coffee houses, and country music history along the way. Close to Belmont & Vanderbilt University. For a great breakfast, try the Pancake Pantry. You can’t beat Jay’s Place!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our first trip to Nashville. We loved the location even though it was a bit far from Broadway because we could walk, and see the surrounding neighborhood and music studios. The Chateau was clean and had a great music theme. We felt at home there. Jay was amazing! He got us reservations at Sinatra which allowed us to see his show. It was fantastic . He also gave us a short tour of the property upon arrival. Thanks Jay! Keep playing!
