Tuscan Hills - This two-story home just south of Cooperstown Dreams Park, has been beautifully renovated in a style reminiscent of Tuscany - a favorite spot for your hosts. A covered front porch flows into an open deck on the side leading to a gas fire pit. Enjoy sitting by the fire on starry summer nights, sharing the stories of your day and plans for tomorrow! The open deck is 250 square feet.

There are 3 1/2 baths and 3 bedrooms, for a sleeping capacity of 7 - all located on the second floor. Faux painting gives the bedrooms a warm ambiance. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has exquisite custom made cabinets and granite countertops. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the open floor plan and easy flow from kitchen to dining to the living area. Glass door lead from the dining area to the open outside dining area on the spacious deck.

Access to all Major League Baseball games included with TV service.

Your hosts live in a separate apartment on the side; you will have as much privacy as you would in a hotel. But, they are close by if you need any assistance.

This property was the perfect stay for our baseball tournament week. How was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed with all needs for cooking, showers, etc. House is 5 minutes from Dreams Park, which is a huge advantage with the ever-changing schedule. Had three generations staying in the house, and everyone enjoyed. Loved the quaint farmers market next door! Note there is a steep staircase climb in order to get to any of the bedrooms. Was not an issue for us but could be for some groups.

Best location and Hosts

Wish I could give it 10 Stars!!!!! This is my second favorite home I've stayed in. Sorry Lee, Rome at Trevi Fountain is number 1. This house has everything you can ask for. Spacious and good size rooms, laundry room, plenty of yard and best of all hosts that treat you like family. Always checking on you to see if you needed anything. They had everything you would need to cook, clean and do laundry. Everything is covered. The house is nice and big plus the Tuscany and Italian decor adds a nice touch of Italy. I didn't want to leave. The yard is huge and surrounded by trees on all 3 sides, so plenty of privacy. Was able to play wiffle ball in the front yard and throw the ball around with ease. There are 3 decks/porches. Used front porch for to eat breakfast and relax in the mornings it rained. Non-rainy mornings, afternoon and evenings were spent on the side deck listening to nature and enjoying the view and coolness. Driveway is big enough for 10 plus cars and easy in and out access. It's also nice, wide and not hidden. Also easy to spot, right across from the red barn and two grain silos. Very convenient location too. Turn right out of the driveway and 1.2 later, in Milford, is a great Mom and Pop restaurant that has great Breakfast and Lunch. Left out of the driveway and in 2.5 miles your at the Dream Parks entrance. 7.5 miles from Cooperstown and Hall of Fame. Host works there too. Wish I had more time I bet he has some great stories. Luckily I get to go back next year. As soon as Tuscany is available to be booked I'm booking it.

House was prefect for the week at Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Clean and great owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Outdoor seating, nice size kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend staying here. And on the opposite side of most traffic getting into Dreams Park each day. Less than 5 min ride to the park.

Great stay, quick drive to Dreams Park.

We had a great stay at Tuscan Hills. Location is extremely convenient if you have a player at Dreams Park--a quick drive and easy to go back and forth. House was clean, had lots of the comforts of home, A/C, and comfy beds. Owners were lovely and helpful with information about the area.

A+ Rating... Beautiful Home

For families attending the Cooperstown baseball tournament, this home was perfect. It is a few minutes away from the park, had several beds for the boys and just a very cozy and warm environment. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable and convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Tuscan Hills Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful and very comfortable home. It is very convenient since it is just a few minutes drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Mr. Lee, the owner, was very kind and lives there on the property and is available should you need anything. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view is gorgeous for that morning cup of coffee or for enjoying a relaxing afternoon in between games. I highly recommend this property. I especially recommend this for families who have a child playing at the dreams park! Supper convenient!
