This spacious and modern resort-style vacation home is ready for your family and friends to enjoy! This newly renovated, 2600 sq ft property is fully enclosed and offers a private backyard, large heated pool/spa, a comfortable lounge area, bbq/grill, indoor and outdoor 10-seater dining tables, a 4-hole putting green, outdoor games, TVs in all bedrooms, pool table, board games, and a firepit. Located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. Unforgettable memories are made here!

Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high end thread count sheets.

The kitchen has a breakfast station with everything you need to make the perfect morning coffee or tea. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends with options or either indoor or outdoor eating at the 10-seater dining tables.

There are plenty of games including the pool table, corn hole, ladder toss and many board games that will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.

The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

**The property is fully enclosed for your complete privacy. Your privacy is extremely important to us. No security cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard pool or side areas. This property was clean and well stocked. The pool was incredible, and our family had so much fun playing out there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed our evenings outside on the lanai and around the fire pit. This rental is very conveniently located near restaurants, parks and shops. The owner was extremely responsive and the communication was top notch. Very highly recommend staying here!

The perfect vrbo

Four friends went to La Quinta to play golf and the house was as advertised and perfectly set up. Close to golf courses and comfortable to stay. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay and would return in the future.

Backyard Paradise

The home was just as advertised. The back yard was our happy place!The pool and the hotub were heated perfectly. The bbq and outdoor eating area were great as well as a couple of other lounging spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation Bliss property

Our family of 6 spent 11 days at this property. The kitchen had everything you needed and great appliances..including a great gas bbq. We all found the beds to be very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the beautiful back yard.Also, we found the yard to be very private and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at the property, there were some initial problems with the air conditioning (and once more during our stay) which weren’t solved until 11pm on our arrival day but the host was very responsive and quick to try and rectify this. The house is lovely and spacious and was very well equipped. It was very clean and outdoor area lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

A true oasis

This property has it all! The absolute perfect vacation destination! Location is absolutely amazing. So easy to get anywhere and there are so many go to stores within 5 minutes. Owner was amazing to communicate with. Perfect place to stay with extended family! We can’t wait to come back next summer.

Wonderful Stay

This home is beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard an oasis. We were conveniently located for dining, restaurants and other desert communities. My biggest call out is for the responsiveness of the owner with any questions we had. This owner was one of the best that I have experienced over several years of renting from VRBO.

The best property you can ever have for your stay

I cannot recommend this house enough. It exceeded every possible expectation! Everything was above perfect - the house, the pool, bedrooms, back yard. Fully stocked kitchen - by far the best stay and everyone enjoyed it very much. Finally, the each house has the most comfortable beds, too. And the host is just superb with great communication and really guest - friendly approach. Thank you for everything- we will be back!

Awsome house

This house is everything as advertised. It’s clean and updated, modern, appliances are brand new. A big bonus is pool and hotub are included in the price. Very easy to operate the spa, pool is on a timer everyday. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends. The owner was there when we had questions, and very prompt in reply to our questions.

Relaxing summer week!

Our stay was so relaxing! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The property owner, Rajeni, was very attentive and so thoughtful. They left us a welcome basket on the kitchen island! The billiard table was a nice touch toward the end of the night when we were done swimming in the pool. I did have an issue on the property that the owner was able to address right away, the property manager was able to fix our issue in less than 20 minutes. The remainder of our stay was perfect though! 10/10 recommend!

Fabulous Getaway With Everything You Need

I spent a long weekend here with extended family, and we all had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room so that we weren’t on top of each other and lots to do. The backyard is fantastic - there’s so much to do! Pool, putting, beanbag toss, fire pit, lots of seating - it was perfect. The house is well stocked with helpful amenities and games. We ate in the entire time, and there wasn’t a single thing we needed and didn’t have - it was helpful to have the option to sit outside, at the dining from table, or just around the large kitchen island. It was very clean, and we would for sure book here again. This is a great space if you are looking to hang around the house, and the location is convenient as well.

The home was more than ample for my family of 5 with each daughter getting their own bedroom! To have this much space with a large kitchen to cook meals and an amazing backyard with something for everyone, it was absolutely a treat! Enjoying the hot tub after a long day, cooking fajitas on the gas grill, relaxing watching the kids play billiards...would definitely recommend this home to all my family and friends! Hell, I would recommend this to my enemies, just to put a smile on their grumpy faces for once...it's that nice! The welcome package and extras in the bathroom and kitchen were over the top. Communication with the owner was a breeze and extremely responsive. Will be returning again next year!

Great Place

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family get together. Of course the pool was a hit and we also enjoyed all the outdoor games (putting green, corn hole, etc) and the fire pit. We appreciated having plenty of seating for our large party (tables for 10 both inside and out) and we enjoyed the large comfortable covered patio. The kitchen was also great and had everything we needed to cook meals in (including nice wine glasses and knives that actually cut!). There were many other little touches we appreciated like having charging stations on the night stands, tooth paste and make up remover cloths, a stocked coffee bar with tea and coffee pods, laundry soap, and plenty of paper towels. The host was great, checking in with us on the first day and responding quickly when we did have a question. We would definitely stay there again!
