Spacious home with living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offers upgrades galore; granite throughout, porcelain tile and new carpets, hotel quality bedding make this the perfect vrbo experience. Pet friendly, with fenced backyard, a patio with gas grill add to the comfort of home. Entry is safe and secure with an attached 2 car garage.
The kitchen is always stocked with snacks, coffee and breakfast foods in the freezer.
With easy access to the local attractions and venues, Stonegate Place is the perfect home away from home.

The cleaning crew wasnt quite finished when we got there and they were very apologetic, but accomodating and helpful as we were running late and needed to get to a wedding rehearsal. Any questions we had for the host were answered promptly. It was a great space for our family.

One of the bedrooms has mold in it. This will be a great property when Daniel finishes renovations. Washing machine in house was full of dirty water. We opened the door and flooded the dining room. Able to clean up and washer and dryer in garage worked well. Family had a comfortable stay and Daniel furnished lots of snacks and bottled water.

Great location and great size!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was a pleasant stay. It was cute, charming, and a good size. The host was very communicative and left plenty of snacks for us, which was great! The house is in a great location and was presented to us in superb condition. Would highly recommend this place!

Family

Daniel, the host, was great to work with. He is the best host I've had with VRBO. House is older but was as listed. It had lots of room for family members from several states. When Daniel found out we were coming in for a funeral, he stocked the kitchen and refrig with food for us. It was great not to have to get food supplies for the funeral. I will stay here every time I'm in Evansville.

Host with the most

We had an extended stay here for business. The house was great with lots of room for our crew members rotating in and out. Great communication with the host and his ability to make the property “worker” friendly was top-notch. Whatever your reason for travel Daniel is geared to make your stay comfortable.

Nice size home and pet friendly

This is a large house with a fenced in yard. We appreciated the size for the kids and the yard for our dog. Daniel was a fantastic communicator, was very flexible and stocked the kitchen with food so we didn't have to make a grocery run immediately on arrival.

FAMILY REUNION

There was a 3 day family reunion in Corydon, Ky. This was the perfect place for 8 family members. Danny our host was so easy to deal with. He had snacks for us and told us we were welcome to anything in the fridge. The house in so huge with 4 bedrooms and couches that make beds. It was perfect for us. Hope you're still doing this next year as our reunion is yearly.

Best family friendly large home

Huge family sized property. Huge fenced backyard which was perfect for me and my dogs. The owner is working hard to get the property turned. It has some dated things, but with dogs it was great. Using the garage was a bonus. The side of the house is on a fairly busy street so kids would be best in the back yard.

Great stay - clean and comfortable

Great place! It was spacious and clean. The host was accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We asked about a Keurig and there wasn't one on-site so the host brought one to us! There was already snacks and some food and water in the fridge so we didn't have to go out to make a food run immediately upon arrival. Kitchen was equipped with everything - cutlery, cooking utensils and pots, etc. Basic spices, coffee, etc. Plenty of blankets and pillows... very spacious. Great location. Just 15 min from the Ford Center and literally across the street is a very nice swimply pool that you can rent. It was a great stay and should we be in the area again, will definitely come back.

Very outdated. No lamps in living areas. TV remote did not work in den. No TV remote in bedroom only ROKU remote. No drain plugs in sinks. No wash clothes at all. Dishwasher not working. Walk way rather dangerous due to uneven blocks. We are in our late 60s so this was a concern. Could not get outside light at garage to come on, very dark on that side. Personnal items like medications still in the house. Really need to put some time and money in this place. It could be very charming and comfortable but appears to be someones grand parents house they cleared out and put on VRBO without much effort. Felt like a very cheap hotel.Very disappointed.

I am a retired, disabled, veteran, who likes to hunt and fish. I have two horses and I love to ride when I have the time. Also, I am a proud dog dad, with a small herd of Australian Shepherds.
I have have two properties where I love to host out of town visitors.
As a host, I've met some amazing people and it's incredible how clean our guests leave our homes after each visit. Please keep in mind, I'd love to trade out hosting for hosting if you're a vrbo host too.

Centrally located, this home has easy access to all of the restaurants, boutiques, and riverfront area of historic Newburgh Indiana; and to the attractions, and tourist venues of Evansville Indiana, including museums, a zoo, a casino, parks, shopping, sporting events and concerts. This home boasts new carpeting in the bedrooms, living and family rooms, and porcelain tile in the kitchen and dining room. New granite countertops in the kitchen and granite vanities in bathrooms give this home a luxurious feel. We want this to feel like home, so, we've included extra pillows and blankets. We've also provided luxurious, hotel quality bed sheets for your sleeping comfort. You'll also enjoying lounging on our large sectional sofa or 3 couches. There's plenty of room for everyone. A wood burning fireplace in the large family room, will make it nice and cozy on cool nights. We provide seasoned firewood (black walnut), and I am always happy to help with instructions for operating the fireplace.
Each room has a ceiling fan to provide excellent air circulation. The home features a large living room and an oversized master bedroom with walk in closet. Entertainment includes a television with DVD player, cable, Prime, and Netflix.
We've stocked the freezer with plenty of yummy breakfast items, and a very large bowl of snacks, chips, candy bars, microwave popcorn, and coffee await your arrival.
You'll love the gas grill on the patio, it makes dinner prep nice and easy. The two car garage makes entry into the home comfortable and safe during in inclement weather.
We've tried to think of everything to make you comfortable and happy during your stay.

Our guests fall in love with the nearby historic river town, Newburgh, Indiana. Approximately one mile away, Newburgh's historic downtown and Rivertown Trail are not to be missed. Unique boutiques feature home decor, fashions, and antiques. Our guests love the local restaurant scene too...you may choose from American gastro-pub, Middle Eastern, sushi, Chinese, American traditional and bakeries. You can also dine riverside in downtown Newburgh. Although, it's situated in a neighborhood, our property has a rural feel to it. Our guests love the easy access to everything that Evansville has to offer. Guests can be in downtown Evansville in about 15 minutes, where they can see world class shows and sporting events at the Old National Events Plaza and Historic Victory Theater. They often enjoy a night at the Bally's Casino too. Whether its a night on the town or a laid back evening in a historic river town, our property is uniquely positioned to offer you the best that southern Indiana has to offer.
