Welcome to Oakside Retreat
Oakside Retreat is a private, fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home tucked away at the end of a quiet street in Evansville. Surrounded by mature trees, this thoughtfully designed property offers comfort, style, and space to relax—perfect for weekend getaways, family visits, or longer stays.


The Space
Inside, you'll find a bright and open layout with modern finishes and stylish furnishings throughout. The spacious living area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island, perfect for meal prep, casual dining, or entertaining.


Game Room
A detached game room provides plenty of entertainment for all ages. Features include:

• Full-size pool table
• Classic Pac-Man arcade game
• A variety of board games
• Smart TV and lounge seating

Whether it’s family game night or unwinding with friends, the game room offers a fun retreat steps from the main house.


Outdoor Space
The backyard is fully fenced and designed for enjoyment, with:

• A wood-burning Solo Stove fire pit
• String lights for evening ambiance
• Picnic table and Adirondack chairs
• Frisbee golf nets
• Giant Connect 4 and Yahtzee dice

It’s a great space for gathering, playing games, or enjoying a peaceful moment outdoors.

Our stay was good and the property was as describe. We were in town for a weeding so we didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out at the house. Game room was cool and wish we had more time to enjoy it. Could use a few more bathroom and kitchen linens, but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

The home was very nicely decorated, very clean and in a great location at the end of a street. The backyard is very beautiful where you can hang out and enjoy being outside. The game room is a great touch and would have been used more if we would have been in town longer. Enough space for our family. Great and quick communication by property owner/manager. Location was close to University of Evansville where we spent most of our time for baseball.

Fun time!

Check in was easy, host was very nice and welcoming and allowed us to stay an extra night. The only issue is the game room was filled with bugs and spiderwebs but we cleaned it out and it was alright. Overall amazing stay!

Stay was fantastic. A few things to note.-the buckets holding the light poles in the back hold water and will bread mosquitos, you should drill a drain hole in them.-pool table is way out of level-should hang curtains on front door and kitchen window-air freshener in the garage/game roomThese are very small improvements you could make and increase the experience even more.Great place would stay again

Our stay at your Oakside Retreat was Perfect!

This property was better than they described it for our Family. We enjoyed the game room, the beds slept great and it was super stocked with dishes and bedding. Wish the weather was a little warmer to enjoy all the outdoor activities they had on hand. WWould definately recommend!

Perfect for a Girl's Weekend

Our group of 6 enjoyed our overnight stay. It was a quick drive to the Ford Center for a concert. There was a little hiccup with the key code, but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem.
