The home was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was amazingly friendly. The hosts went over and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. If mother nature was as nice as our hosts, we would of had the perfect vacation! We highly recommend this property! Thank you Kathy & Ray!

Absolutely stunning!!!

From the moment we walked into this villa we knew we’d got lucky! It is incredibly spacious and the layout is great. The outside area is fabulous and very spacious with a large pool. Everything that we needed was provided and Kathy (the host) was incredibly helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The beach is within walking distance, with lots of restaurants nearby. Fabulous villa cannot recommend enough 5*

I would like to say it was dreadful and don’t stay here and keep it all to myself (!) but that would be a lie. Lovely property - care and thought has gone into it and Kathy’s communication was A1 and seems like a decent human being which is an added bonus. Thanks for our stay - see you again at some point :)))

Amazing

Kathy was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had issues with the VRBO account and the email communication and Kathy worked with me to ensure we got to keep our reservation. The house was beautiful and just what we needed. It had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. It was walking distance from the beach which was nice and quiet even at the height of summer. We hope to stay there again when we return.

Awesome Property

We have been staying in Ormond for many years and this house by far is one of the best! Very clean and beautiful. Well stocked kitchen (they kept us in paper products:)My favorite was the back yard!! Big heated pool and spa which I sat and admired every day for over a month. Plenty of pool and beach toys including a fishing cart that my husband used every day.Loved the neighborhood,all the people are so friendly. Hosts were great and we would love to return in the future!

A beautiful property!

We stayed at Kathy’s house for the month of March 2025. It’s been lovingly and beautifully renovated. A lovely quiet neighborhood close to both the ocean or river. We had brought along items that are often missing from rentals but everything you could possibly need was there. Our reason for choosing this property was the heated pool.The only reason we don’t give it a 5 star rating is because there were some pool issues that were rectified in a reasonably timely fashion but of our 31 days there we were 9 days without use of the pool. Otherwise the property, location and amenities were great.

Wonderful Home !

What an amazing house! Its so well set up for the perfect holiday. Loved the open concept Kitchen with everything you would need to cook and entertain. The interior has been updated, comfortable living room, great beds and enjoyed the modern showers. We visited in February and the wonderful pool was heated, We spent a lot of time out doors enjoying this great private backyard. There was outdoor furniture and towels aplenty.The location to beaches, public fishing docks, grocery stores was very convenient. A quiet street and neighborhood just perfect for bicycle riding. Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners for sharing this Gem of a house !!!!!

Wonderful

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. Kathy, the owner/contact, was amazing to deal with and a great hostess. All of our needs were met and, best of all, the house was exactly as described. The home was very well stocked and had anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Beds were comfy, plenty of extra blankets, sheets, towels, etc. Especially nice was the heated salt water pool and backyard. Awesome!!!! Fantastic location with only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach or a 2-3 minute walk to the County Park. Make sure you enjoy a sunset on the dock/pier that is a block away right on the Halifax!! Can't wait to return for another visit.

My husband and I were both born in Florida. We love the beach and fishing! I take great pleasure in hosting our beach house and hope our guests enjoy it to the fullest!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The neighborhood is a quiet, well kept community with mostly retired couples and some younger folks with children. People are very friendly and helpful. We have really enjoyed our house in Ormond Beach and hope you will too!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best part of the property is a dip in the pool after a day at the beach! It has no enclosure so it takes time to heat up in the winter months. It's beautiful in the warmer months. Also the walk to the beach, which is about a quarter of a mile, is quaint. Pack a picnic and use our wagon to pull your lawn chairs and supplies for a great day at the beach.
