Magnifique condo !! Directement sur la plage! Vues incroyables !!

Condo au 9e étage, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Entièrement rénové de haut en bas en 2015. Décoré avec goût et confortablement avec tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris les nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire, planchers de bois franc dans tout le condo.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size, avec un grand balcon. La vue depuis le lit est incroyable. Grande promenade dans le placard et la vanité de maquillage. La 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux (complets). Chaque chambre a un tout nouveau 48 "Smart" T. V. Draps et couvre-lits haut de gamme.

Salle de bain principale avec nouvelle vanité et luminaires et baignoire / douche complète. 2e salle de bain avec vanité neuve et luminaires avec douche à l'italienne.

Grande cuisine avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Si vous en avez besoin dans la cuisine, vous le trouverez ici!

Nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond télécommandés dans chaque pièce. Grand salon avec canapé-lit gigogne sectionnel et magnifique fauteuil inclinable, 60 pouces "Smart T. V." . WIFI GRATUIT dans toute l'unité! Appels longue distance gratuits partout en Amérique du Nord!

Superbe salle à manger avec bar à petit déjeuner assorti. Grand balcon couvert en alcôve avec canapé d'extérieur, table et deux chaises pivotantes. Laveuse et sécheuse complète dans l'unité.

Le condo a une grande cuisine communautaire / salle de fête et une bibliothèque. Piscine chauffée avec accès à la plage sans voiture, sauna et salle d'entraînement au niveau inférieur.

À 20 minutes de Daytona International Speedway, à moins d'une heure de Cape Canaveral, à un peu plus d'une heure des attractions d'Orlando et de St Augustine. Près de nombreux terrains de golf les mieux notés.
L'Ormondy est sûr et sécurisé. À distance de marche de l'épicerie / pharmacie, des bars et des boulangeries / cafés. County Lifeguard a posté à seulement 100 mètres du bâtiment sur la plage pour une baignade en toute sécurité. Beaucoup de bons restaurants dans le coin aussi.

Beautiful view. Easy walk to the beach. Jim answered any questions I had quickly. The condo was well equipped - I didn’t have to bring any extras. The parking garage was a great bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay at Jim’s place was phenomenal- the condo was CLEAN and was exactly as described. He communicates much more clearly than the average VRBO host. We had one small issue getting in (my own fault- not Jim’s); he responded to my text immediately and was happy to help. This will be the first listing I check for availability when it’s time for our next trip. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The beach view was awesome. The pool was nice and warm. The underground parking was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our vacation. Only thing to make it better would be if the weather was warmer

Condo was fresh and very clean. Hosts were always just a text away if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. And the host was very accommodating....I needed a last minute addition which was granted, and the host worked out the details and provided great instructions to secure my stay!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was very nice and inviting. It’s very spacious and the master bed was super comfy! The view from the balcony is the best one yet and we have stayed in several locations along the east coast of FL. You will have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. The host is wonderful to work with and very prompt with responses! We highly recommend this condo on your next trip to Ormond Beach. We will definitely reach out when in this area again!
