Let us know what you need, and we'll have it for you. If you have a car, we can provide parking access (remote control and hanging permit are provided, but make sure to return them so your security deposit is not affected, ask in case you need it).
We offer the size of a king bed (80" L x 76" W) made of 2 XL twin beds we put together (80"L x 39"W ea.). Upon guest's needs, we can arrange a king size bed or 2 twin beds (please ask).
Be aware, the unit has hot/warm water only in the shower, and sometimes the water service closes (for a few hours) if there is any pending repair in the building. Please help us turning the AC OFF every single time you leave the unit.
Be aware about the Puerto Rican Energy System. Blackouts are not uncommon and could happened at any time. If it happens during your stay, there is nothing we can do about it. However, our building has an electric generator that keeps all communal areas working, which include elevators, corridor lighting, lobby, patios, swimming pool, and water system, but not electricity inside the apartments.
Flat rates for the first 2 persons. Additional guests add extra charges. Children are welcome too, but if you child already pays plane ticket also pays here.
