The places as amazing with breathtaking views. My husband and I think the pictures don’t give this place justice. The facilities are great and everything is near by! We enjoy our trip. Please read the book they have, it tells you everything you need to know

Perfect family space

This property was exactly as advertised. I will definitely book again. Great communication check in and check out was so easy. Great location, the apartment as well as the building was very clean. The food items left by the owner was so sweet. It was much appreciated especially since our flight arrived in the middle of the night. My overall experience with this unit and owner is a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be back

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Waking up to such an incredible view every morning made us actually want to wake up early. The onsite supervisor was quick to respond as well as the management company. If/when we return we would love to stay here again.

Amazing view

We stayed here during our sibs retreat. The view of the ocean was breathtaking as soon as we entered the condo, with easy access to pool, b-ball courts, and ocean. All essentials were provided including snacks and refreshments. There were plenty of places to eat on the same street. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

The security for the property was great, which even though it's in a great neighborhood, made us feel very comfortable letting our teen go down to the pool solo :) Location and view can't be beat. Amazing food right across the street. Spent a LOT of time on the balcony! -up on Rum

SJU visit - Great Stay

Found a great high rise building right on the beach access from the back of the property. Has pool and very clean place. Certainly would recommend the place for a great time not too far from San Juan

Awesome!

Great view and access to the ocean and beach. Host was very respinsive and commun8cated quickly and was very kind. They even went as far as to have some fresh food in the refrigerator upon arrival.

Excellent location

We always stay in one of the Marbella del Caribe condos. We love the area. This property is very clean and comfortable. The hosts left a few groceries to welcome us. Location is the best on the island, you can walk to plenty of great restaurants and of course you are right on the beach and have a sweeping view of the entire beach. Buildings are extremely well maintained, I always feel safe and secure in this area of the island. Will always come back to Marbella to stay.

Little Condo with a Big View

My friend and I had a great time on our first trip to Puerto Rico. This condo was basic but had everything we needed. The views from every room were truly spectacular, and the location couldn't be beat. An excellent beach is right outside the door, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with the host was very good; they were quickly responsive to all our needs. The only complaints I have is that the ice machine didn't work and the sofa needed cleaning.

Location was great

We had a good stay here. The location, check in process, facilities were great. Just walk in to the beach. Out apartment faced the ocean so was nice to sit in the balcony. Everything in the apartment was good , just the bed linens and sofa were a bit worn so may need updating.

“A Magical Experience in Puerto Rico!”

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful apartment in Isla Verde! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was spotless—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. From the beach and home towels to the little welcome touches like bears, a bottle of rum, and coffee, we felt truly appreciated. My wife loved every bit of it!The building itself was clean and secure, with a 24-hour doorman and convenient parking that made coming and going super easy. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We came to Puerto Rico to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday, and staying here made the experience even more special.Communication with the host was excellent—they were always just a text away. Truly one of the best hosts and places we’ve ever stayed. We can’t stop talking about how amazing our time was here. Thank you so much for everything!

Nice little apartment.

This was a nice apartment. Had bread, cheese and some beer in the refrigerator. Getting in to the apartment was easy. The whole property had a fence around it and a key fob was needed to get into the property if you were not using the front gate. Pool was nice and the short walk to the beach was great. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the apartment. I really can't say anything bad about the apartment. Wish we would have had 1 more set of keys but we never asked for another set so that's on us. But we will definitely be coming back to this apartment. The beach toys were nice and we added a boogie board to the mix for our next trip. Cant wait to go back.

We were highly satisfied with our stay. The view was breathtaking, it was walking distance from a local supermarket, a Walgreens and some restaurants. They were kind enough to leave us some refreshments to get us through the night when we arrived. The apartment wasn’t modern which is why I gave a 4 star rating, otherwise it would be a 5 star place. I would definitely bool here again!

Fantastic view

This place was fantastic for our family. The bathroom is small and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Because this condo is on a top floor there is a great breeze. We were able to open the step out porch doors and leave them open.

Short vacation

Excellent week

Judith displayed remarkable hospitality, friendliness, and a willingness to address any inquiries. The location was outstanding. Going forward, a two-bedroom setup is my preferred choice for my son and me. There were an abundance of necessary provisions, and the beach view and beach access were flawless.
