Menehune Shores jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'important Ă©tang de poissons Alii (Royal) du XVIe siĂšcle de Kalepolepo, d'importance historique. ProtĂ©gĂ© par les rĂ©cifs au large des cĂŽtes, l'Ă©tang permet aux enfants et Ă  ceux qui souhaitent Ă©viter les grosses vagues de nager en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Les HawaĂŻens pĂȘchent encore dans l’étang, Ă  l’occasion, en utilisant l’ancienne mĂ©thode du «lancer net» et utilisent parfois des torches la nuit pour attirer le «aweoweo»!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious and comfortable, and the full kitchen had everything we needed. The lanai was a highlight—overlooking the ocean, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Clean, well-maintained, and ideally located, this condo made our trip truly memorable. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Menehune Shores. We loved the view of the ocean from the lanai and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers that were available. Everything was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. The location was great!

The view from the unit is lovely although not a “straight on” ocean view. The only downfall of the lanai is that the AC exhaust is on the patio, and if the AC is on in the unit you cannot comfortably sit on the patio because it is extremely warm. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which made pantry space limited. The freezer ice machine does not work but there are ice trays which we kept on constant rotation. When we arrived we had a couple issues (the shower was clogged and the oven didn’t work) but maintenance responded very quickly and fixed our concerns & we’re very kind. We grilled on both the rooftop and down by the beach. The grills are impeccably cleaned every morning and are in wonderful condition, so bring a beer, and enjoy a sunset while you cook dinner.The beach area is protected by a rock wall and is pretty shallow, the kids played without having to worry about strong waves or currents. The beach to the south of the hotel is also very calm and beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great condo - clean - cozy

The condo was clean and well stocked. There were a/c units in all 3 rooms, which made for a much more pleasant stay. Beach gear and coolers were a nice added bonus. Comfy beds, extra beach towels, and stocked kitchen helped. We had an issue with the door handle on main entrance. Texted the management company and they came quickly to fix it. The condo grounds were clean and well managed. The pool was very nice and we walked the beaches. The elevator was fairly quick and they had luggage carts available. We definitely would stay here again.

Everything was as mentioned & pictured. It is an end unit which was nice to only have 1 neighbor, but the traffic noise at night sometimes got a little loud with the cars blasting their music. This happened nightly but it wasn't a deal breaker. We loved all the extras that the place provided (like coolers, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, etc). It was nice to not have to rent those items. Overall, it was a great place. The location & the value was perfect for what we were looking for.

Beautiful view, nice place

Location is good, but road noise in the main living area is unbearable. The condo is good overall if you can tolerate how loud it is. Beds are great but shower in main bath is not because the settings blast water. The location is perfect, right on the beach!

Menehune Magic

Clean cool breezy condo located at the end of the 4th floor giving you lots of privacy & unobstructed gorgeous views of a beautiful orange dreamsicle sunsets & glistening ocean of an authentic Hawaiian fishpond! The landscape around the condo is well taken care of, the pool is clean & rarely busy, the on property Indian cuisine restaurant serves delicious meals & has a impressive bar with bay windows giving you panoramic views of the west Maui Mountains to the right & Molokini & Kahoolawe islands to the left. Parking was abundant. Purchasing groceries & picking up rx from CVS was a 5 min drive. Kihei was a fun town & super close to the airport. Next time we’re in town, I look forward to booking this condo. It has everything you need. We appreciated the starter pack of toiletries! Also, being able to travel light because we could wash clothes was also a bonus! Overall, we had a lovely staycay & can’t wait to return!

Hawaiian Family Vacation

The condo was immaculant! Very spacious for our family of 4 and I was very impressed by how clean and modern it was. There are great amenities onsite and the views from our lani/patio were breathtaking.

Great find!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Menehune Shores! It served our purpose well. The beach view balcony was great, as well as property access to the beach. It was pretty clean (tile floors are hard to keep spic & span), but it seemed more dated in person than the listing pictures show. Location was convenient. The mattresses were in great condition and comfortable. We had a little issue with the master bathtub being clogged and filling up with water, but it wasn't anything a little Drano couldn't fix. We would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful location and property was beautiful.

The room was as advertised. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs were very useful. We loved the location. Parking was easy too. Right on the beach. Fabulous.

5 night stay- great location

The condo was spacious and the location was perfect. Of course the decor was outdated but that is typical of Maui. Both beds were comfortable and we learned the sofa bed is suitable only for kids. It wasn’t very comfortable for adults. My only gripe was the restaurant 4 floors downstairs. The smell was strong, though, fortunately it doesn’t reach the apartment. Would recommend a stay here! A beautiful place to stay

We love the location of this condo - it is central to everything that we want to do. There is a beautiful beach right on site, and several in the near by area. The restaurant in the complex is very good and affordably priced. The condo is clean and comfortable, with our only complaint being the amount of road noise generated at certain times of day. The kitchen is very well stocked, and has everything you might need to cook home dinners if you don’t want to go out to eat. The beds are very firm, which may be an issue for some guests, but overall, we were delighted with the location and amenities in this unit.

Very nice place

Great place to stay. Clean, easy check in. Loved the accessories beach chairs, coolers, & snorkel equipment was a plus. Only drawback was a/c unit on lanai area expels hot air. We stayed in #401. We had no issues with traffic noise.

The condo hit all the major requirements. Two bedrooms with one having two beds for kids. The condo is on the beach. It is a good spot for wading or letting little kids swim.

Great place

The listing was accurate, the property had everything we needed. A great touch were the coolers, snorkels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella. In need of some updates, but clean and perfect for our stay. The location was great, close to stores, food trucks, and the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Descent place to stay

Overall it was a good stay with a few concerns. The first one is a cleanness of the bath towels and some kitchen utensils, we had to clean those before using. Missing BBQ tongs. Windows are not sound proof, this apartment is the closest to the road so it was quite noisy in the mornings and late evenings. The second bedroom had squeaky mattresses. On the positive side the apartment overall is in good shape, everything is working, partial ocean view is an awesome addition to the morning coffee. There were some beach chairs in decent condition as well as a portable fridge that was helpful. We really appreciate that the appointment was ready for checking in earlier than expected. The overall service at menehune shores is very good, the staff cleaned the pool, grilling areas and parking lot quite often.

Oceanside Oasis!

This resort was AMAZING. Perfect location in Kihei close to everything you could need. Not to mention the amazing ancient fishing pond right outside on the beach. We saw multiple turtles eating greens off the cement wall and just swimming underfoot! I was worried about being hot in July but the AC was good and the ocean breeze through the unit was good too. I will comment that the traffic noise coming through the front of the unit is loud but did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay. Resort Amenities! Super warm pool, beachside BBQs and a rooftop oasis complete with more BBQs and stunning views. The BBQ propane ran out on the roof one night of our stay but that is not the unit’s fault. When we stayed, the unit had 2 small coolers, 4 lawn chairs and snorkel gear for 5. Unfortunately the ocean swallowed 3 of the masks we borrowed so I bought new sets and left them behind. Fun fact, I saw a TikTok that said tourists should visit the thrift stores for snorkel and beach gear
 I wish I thought of that! The unit has in suite washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Decor was simple, inviting, and relaxing. Plenty of room for our party of 6 with my husband and I in the Oceanside queen room, my friend and her two boys in the street side double twin/king room, and my son in the livingroom on the sofa bed. Do not pack your own towels, there were plenty of beach towels to use. The bathrooms were also stocked with towels for 6 so we had everything we needed.
