Luana Kai Resort is located on Maui’s South Shore on the Ocean side of S Kihei Road. Beautifully landscaped grounds w swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cabana outdoor kitchen, and gas barbecue grills. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 9 hole putting green, and shuffle board. Complex is steps away from the ocean. 2 B/ 2B 2 story unit located on the top floor (3rd floor) with Ocean views off the lanai. 5 to 10 minute drive to some of Hawaii’s best beaches, golf, restaurants, and shopping.

We enjoyed staying at Luana Kai! We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Tricia was very attentive, responds quickly and thorough with checking in procedures. I loved that the unit offers beach chairs, toys for the kids and coolers. Great place to stay! We will be returning!

Trisha was an awesome host and always quick to answer any questions we had. The unit was well equipped for our family of five, with a well stocked kitchen and everything you needed for the beach (boogie boards, cooler, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkel gear). Kids enjoyed the pool area, and we used the barbecues a few nights to cook supper. Beach is literally just a few steps away. Close proximity to lots of beautiful beaches and to the shops/restaurants in Kihei (a short drive).

Beautiful vacation getaway!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were especially comfortable, and the unit was well-stocked with all the essentials. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect - close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again for future trips!

Great unit, location

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei over spring break (2025). The unit was great for our family of three and the location was convenient and centrally located. We enjoyed having access to the pool, hot tub and beach right outside our door but also taking lots of day trips to explore the island.

Great location and great pool area.

We loved the pool area with grills, hot tub , sauna, and complete kitchen set up. My son and granddaughter and I spent several evenings grilling out at the large pool area. Easy check in process, and great communication with the owner.

Wonderful place!

The location is perfect! The condo is clean, spacious, and the beach in the front is peaceful and calm. We enjoyed a few mornings and sunsets here. Trisha is very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful time and definitely will stay here again!

Nice place to stay

Great spacious apartment for 5 people. You will have everything necessary and even more in this place. Very convenient location: stores, food trucks, restaurants, shops are walking distance. Great pool area with bbq and tables. Open till 9pm. You can grill and have dinner right there. We were very happy to stay at this place.

Great location, perfect stay

First time in Maui, and loved being right on the beach every day and very centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo was clean and in good shape and had plenty of room for a family of four. The property manager was timely and responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend.
