The Bright & Serene 1B Biltmore Condo

CDC-Recommended sanitizing process. South End one-bedroom condo close to Koffi, Ace hotel, Elmer's best breakfast in town and mins away from downtown! Guest can enjoy a large and inviting-to-swim-pool. BBQ area are fully-functional and located by the pool. Grounds are nicely groomed. Unit has internet, a TV with Roku system and a brand new A/C. The condo overlooks the pool, palm trees and the majestic San Jacinto mountain. A truly fantastic place to relax and get in touch with your inner-self in the desert.

The Space:
The Biltmore is a condo community that was was build in 1972 in a substantial amount of acres in South Central Palm Springs. Greatly located. South End of Palm Springs is a fantastic area to live and truly get a glimpse architecturally of the glamour era that Palm Springs is famously for. Our 700 sqfq one-bedroom condo has the perfect view to a large pool and to the majestic San Jacinto mountain. The grounds are filled with palm and citrus trees. In the evening the air is filled with an incredible citrus aroma.

Bedroom has a comfortable standard size bed and ample closet with mirrored sliding doors. Bathroom has a very convenient powder-area with a custom-made beautiful Talavera sink. Tub-shower has been freshly refurbished. Please note, there is no wall-handled, neither is a walk-in shower. Tub shower is standard size. Kitchen has been entirely remodeled and all the appliances are brand-new. Including gorgeous pasta-style floors hand-made from Mexican artisans. If you are looking to have all-comfort-home but feeling like you are on vacation, well, here is Nice and Quite Condo in historic Biltmore!

Things to note:
Please remember you will be staying in a home, not in a hotel. Therefore, we ask you treat our space with the same respect you will show your own. Condo accommodates up to 3 guest. After 2 guests there is an extra $25 dollars charge per day/guest.

Our condo has a lockbox very easy to identify and is located by the entrance of the property, by the pool a few steps away from the unit. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in via email. The condo entrance door has a keyless pad.

Please be aware that besides our home rules, condominiums have their own rules to follow: cleaning BBQ after use, to follow pool schedule and keeping everyone safe by keeping doors/gates closed, (no propping), no hanging clothing/towels in balconies, keep quiet from 10pm-7am, and please be courteous to neighbors. After the 3rd complaint from HOA we would ask to vacate the property and no refunds would be provided.

We provided a basic amount of toilet paper, soap, etc. Guests are responsible for their own supplies. For stays longer than one month home cleaning is scheduled for every 3 weeks (schedule at your convenience) for the amount of $125 that is covered by guests.
