Appartement rénové confortable dans le Lodge Ocotillo avec terrasse privée

Cet appartement d'une chambre au rez-de-chaussée se trouve dans le Lodge Ocotillo, le célÚbre monument de Palm Springs connu pour sa fabuleuse immense piscine en forme de bouchon de champagne. La chambre a un lit king-size californien et le salon a un canapé en cuir convertible en lit queen-size (occupation maximale 2 adultes) et un fauteuil inclinable en cuir confortable.

Le condo est conçu pour le confort et comprend une cuisine complĂšte, une salle de bain, un salon et une salle Ă  manger et un patio privĂ©. AprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  profiter des nombreuses activitĂ©s Ă  Palm Springs, dĂ©tendez-vous et profitez d'un film Ă  la maison (Blu-ray ou DVD) sur l'un des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat. L'appartement a des fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond qui mettent en valeur l'extĂ©rieur avec ses belles vues sur la montagne. La cuisine a une cafetiĂšre, un moulin Ă  cafĂ©, un grille-pain, une bouilloire, un mixeur, un mĂ©langeur, un micro-ondes, ainsi qu'une bonne sĂ©lection de casseroles, poĂȘles, rĂ©cipients, verres et vaisselle.

En plus de la célÚbre piscine, l'Ocotillo dispose de deux bains à remous / spas. Les jardins sont magnifiquement plantés de végétation désertique et de cactus, et le club-house principal dispose d'une salle de sport complÚte et de tables de billard, ainsi que d'un coin salon avec piano à queue donnant sur la piscine. Adjacent à la piscine est un espace barbecue avec des barbecues au charbon. Idéalement situé à distance de marche du centre-ville et un peu plus d'un pùté de maisons du supermarché Ralph, avec le restaurant Elmer juste en face, si vous avez besoin de manger maintenant!.


La ville de Palm Springs facture une taxe d'hĂŽtel (11,5% du tarif de location) pour les sĂ©jours de 28 jours ou moins qui doit ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©e pour les courts sĂ©jours (permis fiscal n ° 4727 ID de la ville de Palm Springs n ° 1457).

Excellent accommodations

From start to finish our experience with the unit was outstanding. Easy booking online, great owner and property manager communication. Location was ideal for exploring Palm Springs or surrounding area. The unit itself was even more impressive once we arrived than I was expecting. Very comfortable, fully equipped, with great inclusion of local magazines and books. Kitchen had everything you need, and bathroom - spacious!! and modern. Only downside is having to depart. Highly recommend ... unless it is for the dates I want to return :-)

Cozy Condo w/ good location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Ocotillo Lodge. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. Toiletries were provided, and the location was great. I enjoyed morning walks with great views of the sun on the mountains. Pool and hot tubs were welcoming and never crowded. Check-in and out easy with good communication w/ property manager and the owner. Would stay here again!

Great find - super location

Excellent communication from the owner before the stay and the property mgr during the stay. Had everything we needed. Loved that the unit was right inside the gate close to where we parked. Also spoiled by having an electric recliner. Super location of the unit near the hot tub and laundry. Could have used the public bus into downtown but was an easy 2 mile walk there. Did drive to Villagefest and parked in the free public parking ramp. Also quick walk or drive to grocery store. Husband walked everyday to coffee shop on the corner. Enjoyable stay and loved the temps.

Don’t be alarmed!

From the outside the property is not very inviting. The gates and fences give it an “Attica” appearance. Things get better inside. The apartment was clean and nice. The pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Ps invest in a set of drinking glasses.

Ocatillo Lodge - Palm Springs

Well kept property. Very spacious and bed was super comfortable. Lodge was closed for renovation but exercise room had been relocated and was good. Walking distance to grocery store and some good restaurants. The unit is just off E Palm Canyon, the main drag so pretty noisy unitl 11pm. If you are not use to noise, bring earplugs. I would stay here again.

Great location, nice lodgings, minor grievances

Overall this place was a good place to stay. Great location! Close to downtown. Great neighborhood. I would stay here again but did have a few minor grievances. This apartment is close to the main road in this complex, so if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up early in the morning by road noise. Each morning we were there, someone was cleaning the grounds with a blower at 7am! Lastly, the blinds do not block out much light. The sun rose early and so did we because of that! Although, that let us have an early start to our great hikes in the area. LOL Check in (and check out) process was easy. The grounds and pool were well maintained. The review process does not allow for giving out 1/2 stars. Overall I would rate this place as a 4.5 due to the minor issues we encountered. But as I stated before, I would stay here again despite the minor issues. For the time we were there it was well worth the money!

Veteran's Day Getaway

We always enjoy staying at this property. The location is great, we love the pool and we have met some really nice people in our visits there. This is the perfect spot for us.

Cool vibe.. not great!

We were greeted by the owner’s property manager. He was very helpful. The unit was well equipped. Bathroom was recently remodeled and very nice. We had a plumbing leak just outside the unit on the patio, couldn’t get fixed for 2 weeks, so the patio was soaked, started coming under the windows in the bedroom. PS it was a hot water leak! Takes forever to get hot water, so had to waste water.. it’s the desert! Electrical problems, so we had to move the fridge where an outlet had power. Owner told us just prior to our stay that there would be minor construction to “replace a beam”.. It was construction zone central, unbelievably noisy for 2+weeks. They had to replace the entire concrete deck above our unit. The patio windows don’t seal well and directly face the highway, so very loud traffic noise! We thought early on we would wish to stay here again, but that was only because the pool area and the people were great! We had no idea what was in store for us over the 10 week stay. All the amenities were shut down, fitness area, common room due to toxic hazards. They say “iconic mid-century modernism”.. we call it old and in dire need of many repairs. We will winter in beautiful PS again, but not here.

Swim meet weekend

This was the perfect little spot for my daughter and I to stay for her swim meet. We were able to cook in the morning before the meet. Only a 6 minute drive to the pool.

Super clean and great location

I’ve stayed here multiple times and Andy has always been great with communication and keeps a very clean place. Comes with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Check in and parking was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back in the spring.

Traffic noise as these rooms were right on the main street. No secure parking. Rooms clean and well-stocked.

Stay at Palm Springs

The apartment was not as shown in the photos but it was well equipped for all that is needed re the kitchen etc. We give it 3 stars for cleanliness due to the Garden area had not been cleaned and the garden furniture was dirty and we to clean it to enable us to sit out there also needed a good overall sweep up. apart from that issue the apartment and pool area was nice for a holiday just a pity we could not use the gym as it was closed due to a Roof problem. Ric was very polite and helpful.

Love Palm Springs & love the architecture and history of the Ocotillo Lodge. Really enjoy the floor to ceiling windows in our apartment - makes you feel closer to the outdoors!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is on the main floor, and close to parking, so access is easy. The private patio is a lovely place to relax if you don't want to be out by the pool.
Downtown Palm Springs is just a short distance away, and Smoke Tree Commons shopping area is just a couple of blocks down the street, great for groceries and snacks.
