Beautiful and spacious 2B/2.5 Ba townhouse in Duck Key, FL. Enjoy the crystal clear waters and amazing wildlife that calls this island home, while staying in a comfortable home of your very own! High speed internet (273 download/10 upload Mbps), and large 4k smart tv's provide great indoor entertainment, while the private plunge pool provides that calming outdoor experience for all. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the back patio while watching the sun paint the sky.

Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed; full bath en suite
Bedroom 2 - Pyramid Bunk (Queen/Twin); full bath in hall
Main Level - Sofa Bed (Queen); 1/2 bath on main level

Parking is free and first come first serve.

Bringing your EV? Don’t sweat it, the only Tesla supercharger in the Florida Keys is located just 15 mins from the house at Marathon airport.

WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH HAWKS CAY RESORT and our guests do not have access to the hotel-owned amenities including the Coral Cay children’s center and pools. HOWEVER, any resort amenity that is open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, full service marina, Calm Waters Spa by appointment and Fitness Center available to spa patrons, Dolphin Connection by appointment, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals and a variety of water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks & paddle boards and more.

Our host Megan was excellent & responsive in assisting with instructions. However, The Villa was at best good but not great as expected for a Duck Key location. No basic seasoning, beds were creaky & basic at best. Cheap dish soap, pots & pans, etc. no dishwasher pods
just underwhelming. The hot tub was great but the villa back yard was tired & in need of a bit of an update. We were not expecting a 5 star environment but the photos make it seem that way.

We had an amazing time at Megan's townhome! Check-in was easy, everything was clean, and the splash pool was perfect spot to catch some R&R. Megan was a gracious host and was very responsive. We highly recommend for your home base in the Keys!

Great vacation rental

Everything was great and great communication with Megan. Everything was excellent. If I have to say anything critical, it would have been nice to have better beach chairs and there was only one role of paper towels. But everything else was top notch. Very clean, very comfortable and a great location. We signed up for a membership at the Dolphin Research Center so we could go there every day.

Great Place. Right in the middle of the Keys

Our Host were great! I contacted them a few times and Megan got back to me within minutes. The place was wonderful and would stay there again. One of the best things is the location. You are right between Key West and Key Largo so depending what you want to do. You have a short drive. It's a lovely space to relax in. Enjoy

Great stay at Duck Key

We had a great stay on Duck Key. Super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it seemed to be halfway to everywhere in Keys. We were able to take a day trip down to Key West with no problems. Tons of great eating eatables around also. We will definitely be visiting again.

A beautiful and convenient location in the keys

Quite the perfect location with beautiful marina and ocean views, duck key is minutes close to marathon key which has many amenities. Marathon key is also about midway in the keys so it straddles the best of the keys. We could not have enjoyed the location more, especially that it felt quiet and tucked away. The condo itself was charming and very clean with beautiful views. We are a family of 6 and we stayed quite comfortably. The host was gracious and responsive when a couple of unrelated issues popped up and even left a gift card for key like pie, which was assuredly the best we had ever tasted. It was a lovely few days and we can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable Well Equipped mini resort with backyard hangout!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Megan’s for the first time for three nights and it was fantastic. The house was equipped with everything we needed, had an adorable outdoor backyard handout and comfortable beds for sleeping. I would def recommend! 10/10!

Home away from Home

Beautiful home that was equipped with all we needed. The location of this villa had great views of the canal and the plunge pool was a great feature! I spent a couple of days on the backyard patio as my family was fishing and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this upgraded beautifully maintained villa for your group to enjoy the amazing Florida Keys.

We had a lovely stay at this ideal location on Duck Key. Megan was a very nice host and we had zero issues with our accommodation and loved how easy it was to get to the marina and all the fun things to do in Marathon. We’d definitely stay here again.
