The space
This home is new. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group. Also the kitchen comes fully stocked.

4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The home has 8 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 4 pillow-top mattress beds (3 upstairs with 1 king and 2 queens & 1 on the main floor with a king). Additionally there are 4 air mattresses located in the common space, 2 kings and 2 queens. There are also 2 additional couches that can be used.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire house. Garage will be locked for owner to store car and supplies. Master bedroom closet will also be locked to store personal items. No filming or photography at this home is allowed.

Other things to note
Parking at the house is limited to 2 small cars or 1 large one in the driveway. Additional cars will need to park on the perpendicular streets nearby. The home has exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the property that are actively monitored. There is also noise detection monitoring outside.

Accurate guest count required by VBRO and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting.
