With amazing views of the sunset this Port Bay cottage has it all. A permanent dock to enjoy days on the water. The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat.House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom withqueen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. We know you will enjoy every moment of your stay at The Birds Nest on Port Bay.

Beautiful location on the bay!

This is a charming, well appointed house with a beautiful view of the bay. The outdoor deck overlooking the bay and kayaks provided gave our family many hours of enjoyment!

Exceptional!

The Bird’s Nest is an amazing property. The location is great with amazing views from every level of the home. The house is fully stocked. The hosts thought of everything. They are extremely responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one is definitely top notch. We plan to book again in the future.

A Blissful Stay at a Waterfront House Rental in Port Bay, New York

Our stay at the house rental was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic - right on the water with stunning views of the bay. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, and the living areas are perfect for relaxing and spending time together. One of the highlights of our trip was spending time on the deck, soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful views. We also enjoyed using the well-stocked kitchen to cook up some delicious meals, it had everything they needed to prepare food for our group. The area around the rental is also great - there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Overall, I would highly recommend this house rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful location. Our trip to Port Bay, New York was a truly memorable experience.

Couldn't Ask for More!

Four friends came here to find each other again - and found that this home was perfect for both being together and for those times when you wanted to pull apart and find privacy to read, write, nap, or whatever! The two-floor set-up was perfect to give each couple privacy, and the upstairs and dock areas were a joyful place to gather. Breathtaking views from each space overlooking the bay, so gorgeous and serene. Kitchen was set with everything needed (and more!) and so was the dock area. It's clear that creating a great experience for their guests is a priority for these hosts. We all truly appreciated the comfort of the home and the many comforts that were put in place for us to enjoy. We are already look at when we can come back again - absolutely worth the 3 hour drive for each of us!

Beautiful location

Upon coming to location, passcode did not work for us to enter. Simple mistake, easily rectified with a phone call to Stacy. It is a beautiful home with a lovely deck and even more beautiful views! Our problem with the home was cleanliness. We have a 2 month old, 3 year old and teenage girls. My husband and I immediately grabbed vacuum cleaners so we could enjoy the property and let the kids take off their shoes. Lots of dead insects and dirty surfaces which made it seem like the property wasn’t prepared for our arrival. We also would’ve appreciated more space to put our food, instead we had to look at it all on the counter for 6 days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just a few recommendations to increase guest satisfaction.

We love the small quiet community of Port Bay. It's our home away from how. The Bird's Nest is our second rental home in this area. We love introducing people to this beautiful area of Upstate NY. The water views are exceptional. Located in close proximity to Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario, Chimney Bluff, Colloca Winery and the Finger Lakes area. This home is a great place for a relaxing getting in both Winter or summer. In the summer months the water side area is great for entertaining, fishing, or relaxing the day away. In the winter months this home is so close to many snowmobile trails and ice fishing but provides a cozy home to come back to. We know you will enjoy your stay at The Bird's Nest on Port Bay
