Magnifique propriété au bord de l'eau - peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes

5 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain se trouve sur un beau terrain de 5 acres juste sur le lac Ontario. Immense cour avec terrasse, tables de pique-nique et grill. Plage accessible de l'arrière-cour pour la baignade, les promenades, le kayak et la chasse au verre de mer et aux rochers. À distance de marche de la plage publique de Sodus Point, du phare historique et des parcs. La cuisine n'est pas obligatoire, les restaurants et les bars sont à une courte distance de marche et la maison sûre et sûre. La location comprend l'utilisation de trois kayaks avec gilets de sauvetage. Laveuse / sécheuse, foyer au gaz, draps et serviettes de bain inclus. Les jours de pluie, il y a une télévision dans le salon équipée d'un bâton de feu et d'un lecteur DVD. Garage et nombreux parkings pour amis et invités.

What a beautiful piece of property. The house was so nice. I always look at the living rooms to make sure the can accommodate the amount of people they say can stay. This did! The views were amazing.

This home was lovely and worked great for our needs. We had four small families staying together, with four kids aged 3-13. There was enough sleeping space for everyone, room to relax and play inside, a large kitchen, and the extra fridge and pantry was super convenient. The huge, contained yard was fantastic for kids, and access to the beach for fishing, walking, and exploring was great. I wish the guests had more flexibility in controlling the thermostat. We had an issue the first night not being able to turn on the heat, which was fixed the next morning, but then we couldn't adjust the temperature at all, so it was hard to regulate the temperature inside, especially upstairs. Overall, our stay was great and we would love to return again sometime.

This is a beautiful home on a private dead end with gorgeous views. It is well equipped for a great no fuss getaway. We have stayed there three years in a row and plan to return. The host responds quickly to communications.

AMAZING STAY

We had a great long weekend. The space was better than the pictures. Lots of room, amazingly stocked, fans galore, central air, a walk into the town/ lighthouse, huge yard and beautiful view from the overhanging deck. We do rentals regularly and this was a gem!

This house and area were amazing. The views of the cliffs, lake and rock beach were so beautiful. The house had all the kitchen items anyone could need. There were games and activities. As a family who lives all over the country if was so nice to sit in the familyroom all together and laugh. The lical restaurants were really good. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean and open. The photos do not do it justice. We would stay here again. Loved it.

Absolutely wonderful!

What a great house! The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The home is beautiful, well stocked with all you need for a great vacation. We walked everywhere. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, yet the house is totally private. One of the best we have rented!

We stayed for a big family vacation and this place is one of the top favorites we’ve rented. Every room was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a slow cooker. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Large living and dining areas. Large beautiful yard and oh my that view. The pictures don’t do this place justice, seriously don’t hesitate on this one, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our relaxing stay in a very comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious home. Weather on Lake Ontario in early June can be risky, but we were blessed with beautiful weather. The large backyard provided for some great lawn games. The weather allowed for 3 days for kayaking. We also enjoyed some great wildlife during our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful home right on the water

This house has the most amazing view. It is waterfront with a beautiful front lawn and beach access. We really enjoyed watching the sailboats go by. We had more than enough room than we needed. The house was absolutely immaculate. The living room area is quite large and we had a really nice time gathering there.

Simply AMAZING!

The house was gorgeous and spotless! We had our family of 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The private beach was large and clean. The water had calm waves and the kids loved finding rocks that had washed up on shore. There is a beautiful patio that sits above the shore and is perfect for a nice meal. We absolutely loved this house and are looking forward to booking again!

Gorgeous property

The house was lovely, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautiful- we loved walking on the beach and sitting on the patio by the water to drink our morning coffee. The kids played in the water and had a blast. The ping-pong table was a fun surprise- we had enjoyed our family tournament. We only wish we had more time to spend enjoying the house!

Family reunion and surprise 90th birthday party

This is an amazing property. House was well stocked, including spices, baggies, and aluminum foil. Everyone said they are ready to go back in warmer weather. There were 9 of us and the house was VERY comfortable.

Family Camp was a great success!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The house was clean, beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults and two children. The kitchen was easy to work in and the bedrooms were very spacious. The beach was covered in walkable smooth stones and the bottom was sandy once you entered the water a few feet. We enjoyed riding waves on windy days. The large yard was used for yard games of all kinds. The adults and the kids agreed this was a wonderful place for Family Camp!

Beautiful site, amazing house!

We were a group of age 75+ who came to see the eclipse. We found a beautiful, clean, enormously well stocked home with a beautiful lake view. We felt too old and wobbly to try the staircase to the lake edge, but the patio was accessible. In a yard nearby there was a huge eagle nest, with babies, which kept us highly entertained. I have rented many homes through VRBO, but never one as comfortable, clean, inexpensive as this oner!
