Amazing trip in an amazing house! We boated from Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach for a week of Green Turtle and Abaco adventure. We had two boats and seven people in the house, and were able to host a few dinners for 15 with plenty of space leftover (some friends had rented another house nearby). The a/c’s kept us very comfortable, the two fridges kept our drinks cold, and the entire place was awesome! The location of the dock couldn’t have been better!!

Absolutely fantastic stay

Key Lime House is perfect in every way. Spacious, clean, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The private dock is fantastic and so convenient. The house is equidistance from downtown and the Green Turtle Club so it's super convenient. We loved our stay!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time! The house was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was fantastic. We were sorry we had to cut our trip a day short due to the impending storm. We hope to stay again next year!

Great place for vacation

Nate was outstanding from start to finish. The house was perfect for our three couples, each bedroom was large and very comfortable. Having starlink internet was great. Sunset boat rental place was just two docks down. Nate arranged to have the golf carts deliver to the house.if you like a laid back vacation you can't go wrong with this house!

Great Property!

Key Lime House is one of the best places on Green Turtle Cay. The house is new, clean and in a perfect location. Nate went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and ensure we had everything we needed. Plenty of privacy for each Master Suite, a bunk room for the kids as well. Private dock allows for you to keep your rental boat right out the front door. Thanks, Nate, for doing it right!

Best house on GTC

We all had a great stay at the Key Lime house! the owners were great to work with and did everything and then some to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay and helped make any on island arrangements, they helped with cab service in MH and renting a golf cart on GTC. The house was in great shape!! very clean and plenty of room. great dock with power and room for larger boats with mooring poles. We all love the abacos and will definitely stay here again. Book early as they fill up quick!

Perfect

The house was perfect. Nate was very accommodating and easy to work with. Access to the house was very easy by ferry, boat or your personal boat plenty of dockage. The house has everything you need and was very clean plenty of room for a large group.Golf carts delivered to your front door . We had a great time . We will be back

Perfect Fit

This house was a perfect fit for our three families. The home is centrally located on the island and recently renovated with three enormous king bedrooms. The kids room has full sized bunk beds that easily accommodated our 4 kids. We had everything we needed. The best was being able to keep our boat right on the dock outside the back door. We saw turtles, and nurse sharks off the dock along with plenty of fish. We spent almost everyday fishing and diving. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the home to anyone interested.

Absolutely the Best!

3 adult couples rented for 7 nights. From the moment we booked, the owner was in contact with us. He made himself available for help in any and all requests, what to expect in GTC, and help in coordinating transportation, boat and rental carts. He provided a wealth of information and answered all questions. The house could not have been more perfect and roomy. All bedrooms and baths were excellently furnished and immaculate. The kitchen, dining and great room were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our favorite was the large front porch where we enjoyed cocktails and sunsets each night. The dock was perfect for our rental boat. The house is somewhat centrally located for easy travel into town or the opposite direction for resorts. We couldn’t have been more happy with our rental and many thanks to the owner for all his help.

Wonderfull Stay

This is more than a "property review" the entire experience was elevated by the communication of the owner prior to arrival and throughout the entire stay. From assisting on getting 9 people from the airport to the island, renting golf carts, a boat, to activities around the island; Nate was an incredible host. The house layout was perfect. We were able to comfortable gather together in main room, extensive porches or on the dock; and spread out when needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the porches allowed those early morning risers to have a cup of Joe without the hustle and bustle of the morning. Key Lime has been extensively rebuilt from the hurricane. The kids enjoyed the morning hand feeding with Tiger Lilly on the front porch or at times in the kitchen. 😊 Boating was easy as there is a dock. We saved tons of money by cooking on the outdoor grill and the renovated kitchen. Nate will help you arrange where to grab groceries on your inbound, arrival and transportation and arrange for fresh bread at Sids. If your looking to go to Green Turtle, I would put Key Lime on the top of the list. We certainly will come back.
