This spacious 4 Bed 3 Bath home offers a modern feel with the capacity to sleep up to 18 people. Altitude Adjustment is in the village and is over 3600 square feet so it would be perfect for planning your next family reunion.

The kitchen has the essentials for cooking and ample space to have at least 4 people in there at a time. The ground floor has a room and a living room area that is great for older kids to take over. There is a great safety gate between the 2 floors. It is cozy but has enough space for quiet spaces even when you have a 15 people in the house. Great family space! Some folding chairs and small table would facilitate family dining. The home is very clean, great maintenance.

This place is amazing! Our family celebrated my parents 65th anniversary and this cabin was a quiet place in the mountains of Cloudcroft! It was very clean & beds were comfortable! We hope to return soon!

What a great place! A lovely house that accommodates many guests, nice amenities, big kitchen and common spaces, spacious master bedroom, and beautiful design and architecture. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect- just a few minutes to downtown and to the trails, and located on a quiet, walkable street. Plenty of space for our party of 8 people and 2 dogs. We loved the fenced yard for the kids and dogs to run around in. Would definitely stay here again on our next Cloudcroft vacation.

Great Property

We enjoyed staying at this property. There were a few outlets downstairs that didn’t work but it didn’t affect our stay, we just used a different one. The house is huge and clean. I would book again.

Excellent experience

Check in process was easy and property was clean. It has all amenities needed and owner responds to messages very fast. We forgot to pay pet fee, and last minute she was able to added. I would recommend this property for a big group in a great place. It has an awesome view!!

Family time

The house is amazing, expectations went above and beyond of what we expected. We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy or enjoy time together. House is clean and stocked with everything you need. The area is peaceful and overall amazing! Everyone agreed that this is a place we will be coming back to for family gatherings

Beautiful Home in Cloudcroft

Enjoyed our time in Cloudcroft and the property is truly unique and comfortable. Check in was more challenging with limited communication and slow response. Everything did work out in the end and I would come back.

Outstanding

This property rental is the best. Our after Christmas family traditional celebration was so enjoyable because of the perfect condition this rental is in. The only thing missing was a snow event which came the morning we were leaving. Thank you, Altitude Adjustment , for a wonderful memory.

Something for everyone

We have a huge family and we enjoy the outdoors. This is our favorite place to stay! We love how open the spaces are for us to come together and spread out, if we need some quiet time. From ping pong challenges to cooking together to enjoying a movie - it's never a dull moment! We recommend knowing how to use the pellet stoves, especially downstairs because there can be a chill in the air during winter months. We can't wait to go back!

Great family vacation house.

Lots of room! Amazing yard for kids and dogs! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Ping pong, fooseball, games, and open space all made the stay fun for all ages. Beds were comfortable! Altitude adjustment was great!
