Come and relax with family or friends at this peaceful and private cabin in the woods. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered back porch while you take in the view of the pond and wildlife. The cool evenings are perfect for grilling and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. Cabin is about a 13 minute drive from Cloudcroft. If you are looking for a mountain getaway far from the hustle and bustle of today's busy life, this is it! The space has two large bedrooms each with private ensuites. Kitchen, living and dining in one large room makes this space great for family and friends. At this cabin, you can plan on enjoying vinyl records, board games, or reading a good book.

This cabin was an incredible home base for our family of four and our trip to visit the national parks in New Mexico. We saw a herd of Elk right off the back deck multiple nights. The cabin was clean and cozy and a lovely way to unplug for a few days.We will definitely try to stay again if we can make it back!

Perfectly Peaceful Christmas stay. We could barely tear ourselves away from the cozy fireplace, but the balcony with lake view was a close 2nd. The cabin was pristine clean upon arrival, and our host JoLynn was always easy to communicate with. My only notes would be, if you prefer a softer mattress, bring a queen topper and bring a USB if needed. Hope we make it back again!

This cabin has amazing views of the mountains and pond.The cabin was very clean and roomy. We spent most of our time out on the covered back porch watching the elk and birds. Also enjoyed the humming birds. I would recommend this cabin. The owners are very nice and responsive.

The cabin lived up to our expectations. The view from the back deck was awesome, a perfect location to enjoy some adult beverages. A nice surprise were the elk in the area. We heard them throughout our stay. We had one bar of cell service with T Mobile which was enough to make calls and check emails. Will definitely visit again.

A great way to disconnect from the world

The cabin and site were wonderful. The only issue was the couch was not big enough. We had 4 people and there was only seating for 3 in front of the tv and fireplace. And WiFi would be nice. Would definitely stay again.

The property was as described and very nice, GPS had some trouble finding it but it's not far off so just keep going a little if it looks off. We had chipmunks and jays there all day and elk pass by every evening, it was super peaceful. Only warning is ATT had no service there but emergency calls, it was a nice disconnect though. Definitely recommend for a peaceful time in the mountains.

Nice property cabin is laid out nice. If you have AT&T there is no service and the cabin has no wifi. It was a off grid experience for us. You will have to drive 4 or 5 miles toward town to get service.

We loved the cabin. Perfect for 2 -4 people. The house was really nice to queen bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, each having its own full bathroom w tubs. Living room/dining room/kitchen area was nicely decorated with good quality leather furniture and nice dining room table.Nicely outfitted kitchen. All tile floors throughout the house. Nice porch the length of the house where it looks down the steep hill thru the pines to a large pond. We watched 7 elk water there the first morning. Very quiet and secluded. Drive right up to the door. Great place. We re-booked for a week in Sept. Thx, Jo Lynn
