The space
Wow! This home is a perfect place to settle in and make it your home. The place is nicely updated with new floors, paint, all new appliances and furnishings. The home was decorated to feel like you are home away from home, emphasizing a casual style. The kitchen features a coffee bar and large pantry to meet all your cooking needs. You will have two private driveways, one is a gated carport leading out to a fenced-in yard.
You are less than a mile to downtown Jacksonville for all your shopping needs. Easy access to I-67, and you will find yourself to I-40 in around 10 minutes.
There are 4-bedrooms, with the master having it's own bathroom. Two additional bathrooms will be sure to satisfy long stays.
Surround yourself with the peace of Jacksonville and its surrounding areas.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, private driveway, carport and fenced-in yard.

Camera Location
The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. One is located in the front door overlooking the front door bell and driveway. The second one is located in the carport area overlooking the carport and back door. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up the exterior security cameras at any time.
